Personale professionale e cordiale in particolare la governante Anna, posizione ottima ,vicino sia al centro storico che al mare. Colazione abbondante, cena ottima. Camera spaziosa e pulita, curata nei dettagli, bagno con finestra. Assolutamente consigliato

The only positive thing about this hotel is the distance from the city centre and the pool. It needs an urgent makeover. The staff at the reception needs to be updated. We asked information about transport and weren't able to help. When I asked them if they could check on the Internet they said WE CANNOT. And to top it all up the girl behind the reception counter even exclaimed CHE PAZZIENZA!!! When we talked to the manager he said MAYBE SHE HAD A BAD DAY. Not professional at all

Arrived after a long and hot bike trip for 6+ hours. Hotel was located in the middle of a cross-roads and therefore noisy even on 5.th floor. AC was not turned on (usual excuse, not hot enough.. Well 28-30 degrees for a week is hot enough for me). Due to traffic noise it was not possible to keep the door open so sleep was really poor. It it is not echonomially viable to keep the AC on with 30 deg. C they should seriously consider closing until high-season. Breakfast was not impressive and breakfast room looked like a 60s sanatorium.

Hotel al centro della città, a pochi passi dal centro storico. Stanza spaziosa con balcone, bagno un pochino piccolo ma completo. Gentilezza e cortesia caratterizzano il personale. Al ristorante buona varietà di cibo, personale molto attento. Unico neo il parcheggio interno non capiente per tutti gli ospiti, ma nelle vicinanze abbiamo sempre trovato un posto non a pagamento

L'hotel è uno storico di Gallipoli, ma è stato rinnovato , semplice e funzionale. Camere spaziose , ottima pulizia ,colazione con cucina a vista , buona scelta di dolce ,meno di salato , gentile e disponibile tutto il personale . Posizione strategica vicino ai semafori incrocio tra la via che arriva da Lecce e il corso Roma ,dal quarto piano si vedeva anche il mare

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel con trattamento mezza pensione. Camera spaziosa, ma doccia piccola e datata. La cabina doccia non chiudeva e ogni volta si faceva un lago in terra, telefono doccia rotto e pavimento scivoloso, senza antiscivolo di nessun tipo. Pulizia mediocre, pavimento spesso sporco e terrazza mai pulita. Colazione con poche varietà. Nessun tipo di biscotto, non tostapane, non vasetti di yogurt, né ciambelloni. Salato solo con omelette, prosciutto cotto e formaggio. Cena mediocre, poco idonea per bambini, cibi ripetitivi e insipidi. La sera sempre scelta tra una zuppa bollente( fuori 40 gradi!!) e un primo. Pochissima varietà. Grande problema il parcheggio per le auto. Loro specificano che i posti auto sono limitati e non possono riservarli, ma nella realtà alcuni posti erano riservati e eri costretto a parcheggiare o lontano dall'Hotel o a pagamento ad 1.50€ l'ora. In più alla reception a malapena buongiorno, la maggior parte ci sono persone poco cordiali e molto indisponenti. Nessun consiglio sui parcheggi, nemmeno una cartina della città e molto scocciati ad ogni nostra domanda. Gli unici che si salvano sono il Metre Alessandro e il bagnino, che hanno cercato di aiutarci ogni giorno con il cibo per i bimbi e i parcheggi, nel possibile. Peccato perché l'hotel ha una posizione strategica per girare tutta la Puglia zona ionica e adriatica. Da migliorare assolutamente!
