The sound insulation is very poor and the location is in a remote spot, but it's not far from the train station and it's easy to walk. There is access control in the middle of the night and security is OK. Overall recommendation is average. The service attitude is very good.

Great location, very close to the train station. It was only about a 15-minute walk from the train. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, when needed. We were able to leave our belongings there, while we explored Naples, before our train left. Our room was large, especially by European standards. The four of us were very comfortable.

The fact that we were unable to use the terrace, weren't advised that ceiling works would be under way at the time of our stay

We chose Hotel San Michele because we wanted to be near the railroad station but not directly on big, busy Piazza Garibaldi. This hotel turned out to be a great base for exploring the center of the city—we were able to walk to the duomo and other major points of interest. Our room was clean, spacious, and quiet, and the building seemed to have been recently renovated. The staff was incredibly helpful when we arrived a little earlier than expected. The desk clerks all spoke English as well as Italian. Ample and tasty breakfast, with the option of sitting on a rooftop terrace. We'd be happy to stay here again.

Very kind and helpful staff and easy to get to from the train station. Great location to walk to amazing food including the pizza place from “Eat Pray Love” with huge €5 pizzas. Love that they include breakfast with very delicious pastries. The scrambled eggs could use some work but overall we were very happy here watching new years fireworks from our little balcony.

The property is in a very accessible area near the train and near then”action”. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was really clean and the breakfast was terrific.

We loved our stay at Hotel San Michele. The staff were courteous and very helpful in making recommendations for restaurants, what to do and transportation options. He location worked very well for us. It was loud from street noise and sirens but closing the window helped. We would definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff and beautiful hotel. Room was very clean and modern! Highly recommend staying here as it is also close to everything.
