第一個房間剛進去的時候，裏面有不知道是誰抽的煙灰，聯繫了前台，馬上換了個新房間 打掃阿姨一直説不好意思，而且幫着搬行李，人特別好！ 免費停車，但是晚上回來晚了裏面就沒停車位了，保安叔叔協調停在外面，工作人員都很不錯！

辦理入住的時候用時較久 等了應該有十分鐘（只有我們一組客人） 使用了攜程金鑽用戶升等房型的權益 特意跟前台確認了一下是升了等級的 但感覺跟原本的房型圖片上看到的沒太大區別？ 房間滿大，提供的一次性用品非常多 隔音很好，一晚上都非常安靜 淋浴的熱水熱的相對比較慢 水壓也不是特別大，還好現在是夏天不礙事 前台有非常多洗漱用品可以借用 送的果盤非常新鮮！ 床品也不錯，乳膠枕睡的非常舒服 配了浴袍也是我沒有想到的！ 毛巾都很新很乾淨沒有霉味！ 我的房間空調剛開的時候有股霉味， 開久了之後後來就沒有了 我爸媽房間的空調完全沒有味道 應該是個別情況 酒店前台在7樓 地面停車場共用可以免費停車 寵物友好！ 整體來說性價比非常高！

Well well. Not easy times for foreigners in China when you go to small tiers cities. Only 3 hotels in Nanyang Aon Trip. The check-in was okay until I was asked proof of exit quarantine even though I arrived in China 2 months before. They told me there is a rule that you need a proof within 3 monthes. The staff was also embarrassed as they understood it was stupid, fortunately i had a picture of a paper I had in centralised quarantine and everyone was happy. A bit later they asked me twice for my passeport as my passport is special so I can't blame them so much. To apologize they offered me a big plate of fresh fruits, very nice gesture, not every hotel do that. Small gym,. swimming pool and the restaurant buffet is well furnished for a city like Nanyang. The hotel location is not in downtown tho. A good quick stay thanks to a capable and smart staff, who understood foreigners troubles in China, keep up the good work!

The hotel's price is very high, the facilities are new but there is no smell, clean, the environment is very good, the parking is convenient, the toiletries are very careful, the breakfast is good, there is a pick-up service, the hired front desk ladies and chefs are very polite and friendly, I wish business is booming.

On the way back, I decided to stay in Nanyang for one night. I found it on Ctrip and it had good reviews. I didn't expect the check-in experience to be so good. First of all, the girl at the front desk was warm and attentive. When she saw that I was wearing glasses, she gave me a glasses cloth. Fruits and yogurt were quickly delivered to the room. An old hotel in Nanyang, it is the first choice for reception. But the decoration is really weird, the sliding door of the bathroom has to be pushed back and forth to catch the water, which is very inconvenient. Not as good as the old building in front. There are guests in the restaurant dangling barefoot in the hotel's disposable slippers, which is really disgusting. A public factory should be a place of etiquette, disheveled clothes are really indecent!
