The facilities are very complete. The room is much larger than expected and quite quiet. The gym is open 24 hours a day and you can enter by swiping your card. The breakfast is also very rich. I would like to praise the front desk staff. The service is very professional. If you have any questions, they are very enthusiastic to help you. They also informed me of the opening hours of breakfast and gym when I checked in. The takeaway was also delivered to me by robot in a timely manner 👍🏻

I spent 2 nights and enjoyed my time with my wife and kid to the fullest. Some stuff can speak English which does feel more comfortable. The bath was great and so was the pool facilities. I’ll be back for a third time

I was going to visit the Forest Zoo during the holidays. When I saw that there was a 4-hour traffic jam from Shanghai, I decided to drive to Nantong one night in advance and booked this hotel... The name was changed to Hilton Garden Inn, so I almost couldn't find it. It was actually an Ibis. I booked a so-called deluxe double room. The layout of the room is rather strange. It is quite small. I wonder why I had to ask for an extra bed. The mattress of the double bed collapsed seriously. I didn’t sleep well all night. It is about three-star standards and the price of more than 300 on May 1st is not worth it. I had too many expectations. The breakfast was better than I expected. It’s okay to stay casually.

The room is great, with complete facilities, clean and sanitary, and a large space, which is enough for a family of three. The hotel is close to the Mixc, which is convenient for shopping. It is very inconvenient to have no power socket next to the sink. Except for the hair dryer, there may be other small appliances that need to be used for electricity. The hair dryer or razor of the curling bar must be used for electricity. There is no conditioner for some accidents 😂
The price of the same Hanting seems to be more close to the people, because it is convenient to live here nearby. Hope business is booming

The subway is very close, and the transportation is convenient. The clerk also upgraded my room type that day. Who knows? It's really good. It's very comfortable to watch movies at night with the projection!

GGuest UserThe room was very nice and the view from the room was amazing. However, the hotel really doesn't cater to Western couples - it seems like everyone else staying in the hotel was a Chinese couple with young children. There was little information in the hotel about what the hotel had to offer, and there were a lot of things that were unavailable - the pool was closed, the two Western restaurants were closed, the bar was closed (and looked like it had never been open), and a lot of the eating places around the hotel were closed too. The hotel was very busy and noisy with all the families, and maintenance of the garden and outside areas of the hotel was not a priority at all - things were falling apart and they looked a mess. Having said all of this, it was nice to be able to walk on the beach and see the ocean. However, couples looking for a nice getaway where they can relax should look at going somewhere else.

Although it has an internal window, the atrium has good lighting. The bed is moderately soft and hard, and the cleaning is very clean. SSTEPHANIE MONIQUEThis hotel is the best in Nantong as far as service, views and food. Let’s start with the service. Upon arrival which was very late, we were greeted by the front desk staff. These ladies were so kind and helpful. They helped my husband and I get settled up and settled in. We were told all the different areas of the hotel including the beautiful pool. The next morning we arrived at the main building for breakfast. It was amazing the options that were available. Western style breakfast was provided. Even cold cereal. Chinese breakfast is also provided. The restaurant has amazing views of the grounds which you can enjoy while having breakfast , lunch or dinner. After breakfast we were given a tour of the upstairs area where you can see the entire hotel and then some. The service person who gave us the tour is a very nice man who also gave us a shuttle ride to the restaurant. Did I say that the staff is amazing? They are the best!!! Our room was upgraded and it has a tub in the bathroom. The views from our room was spectacular. We stayed in the villa suite. It has a living area and a separate bedroom. More than enough room for two people. The hotel is walking distance to Lang Shan mountain/ temple and a lovely park by the river. You can also rent a bike for a ride. The grounds remind me of suburbia USA. Loved it. You can walk forever in the beautiful naturalistic surroundings which include little brooks and ponds. Peaceful and surreal. The architecture of the villas are so beautiful. I felt at home. Our room also had a somewhat of a wrap around balcony to have your morning coffee on. I could on and on about this hotel but you should go see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely go back again and again.

JJazzaThis is not our first time staying at the island. It’s also not our first time staying in a cabin. We keep coming back because of the fantastic service and friendly welcome inside the cabin. There is a fridge and a kettle. However, I do recommend bringing your own cutlery and crockery and cooking utensils if you plan to use the barbecue facilities. I also recommend that you take all the food that you wish to eat while you’re there with you as other than breakfast. There isn’t much choice in terms of vendors other than some drinks and snacks. There are plenty of things to do each day, some of which will cost you money, some are free. My family, particularly enjoy the big rainbow slide and the play park, which welcomes you with two big red windmills and a very friendly staff member. Overall a fantastic little getaway and somewhere I would definitely recommend for those who are outdoorsy.

The rooms are spacious and bright, warm and comfortable, and the facilities are complete. I wake up every morning and watch the sun rise slowly from the sea level. The feeling is simply unparalleled. The service of the homestay is also very thoughtful, the staff is warm and friendly, making people feel at home. And the surrounding environment of the homestay is beautiful and the transportation is convenient. It is very convenient to go to the beach or go to the city. In short, this is a very satisfying stay experience, highly recommended to everyone!
