It was a perfect parent-child trip from Suzhou to Nantong. The rooms, room types, and services of the entire hotel and zoo were all very comfortable, especially the feeling of staying in Dream Island and interacting with the animals. It is recommended to stay at least three days and two nights. The zoo is very large and worth spending more time. We lined up there to wait for the bus. The staff contacted the vehicle. When the bus came, the guests behind got on the bus directly. The staff didn't say anything about queuing and let people go first. They just told us that the bus would come soon, but you can imagine how long it would take to drive from the innermost to the outermost. On the first day, I wanted to go to the Ice and Snow World and waited for the bus for most of the day. It was closed directly when I arrived, which delayed the trip. The key point was that people also said, "Are you so fussy?" I was so angry. The shuttle bus driver got off the bus by himself when he arrived, and he wouldn't help you with the luggage cart. Is this a parent-child hotel? Other hotels provide immediate service. We also carried our luggage to the tree house by ourselves. After we checked in, we had to take care of ourselves. No one cared. 3. The tribal hotel inside was terrible. The wonton noodles were bland and full of noodles. The four wontons were frozen. The other restaurants were crowded because there was nothing to eat. The service and hygiene were very poor. The dishes were thrown away without looking at them. The tables were wiped by themselves. 4. There was no paper towel in the toilet. The whole service area was full of money. The ice world and snow world were given away. They came out in a while. The price was expensive. Tickets of about 200 yuan were required. Except for a whale, the other skiing and skating were locked up and charged. Feeding animals was also the same. The giraffe branches were 30 yuan each. Basically, they all cost money. I especially want to complain about the self-driving area. Feeding tigers and wolves costs 80 yuan to buy a chicken. They caught it and ate it raw for performance. Everyone took their children to play. Isn’t this behavior cruel? Did the children learn from it? 5. The buffet costs 98 yuan per person for a little bit of food. I paid for one more person. Is it worth 98 yuan for such bad food? Other parent-child hotels give you a free deposit, but they charge you before you even enter the door. 6. After staying in so many hotels, few hotels still charge a deposit. They charge 600 yuan. My sister asked why they charge so much. She said there were fragile items. The refrigerator in the tree house was empty and there was no welcome fruit. It was ridiculous! 7. We paid 200 yuan to drive in by ourselves. Please note that although you bought a self-driving ticket, the people inside had to buy tickets according to 180 yuan. They had to buy tickets at the same time. It felt like they were asking for money and the service could not keep up. 8. The hotel can only be checked in at 3 o'clock. After checking in, the staff and animals went home at about 5 o'clock. There was nothing to play. We went to the ice and snow at 10 o'clock in the morning and they had to check us out. It was funny! The animals inside were either so hungry that they refused to leave when they saw food at your door. The three animals in the luxury room blocked the door and we dared not leave. There was no staff to manage them. It was really true. We drove to the zoo at more than 10 o'clock and there were so many people feeding them that we couldn't eat anymore. The experience was also generally bad! No wonder the comment section is full of bad reviews, the experience is really bad and I will not repurchase, it's a mess!
