It’s relatively simple, there are too many mosquitoes, the sound insulation is too bad, but the price is relatively cheap, we are outside during the day, we sleep at night, a pair of men and women come at one o’clock in the evening, and the screams of women can be heard almost the whole building, and the time is still very long. I personally think that couples can make a living. But it is not very good to bring parents or elders. The hotel owner's service is quite enthusiastic.

It’s very close to Xiangyu Road North Subway Station by taxi, but if it’s not urgent, it’s best not to take a taxi directly to Lukou. Lukou Airport Expressway has to be charged. Then the hotel environment and facilities are good. The only downside is that the mosquito coil liquid seems to be useless. I looked for that mosquito for a few hours, but this is not the hotel's fault. In short, the stay experience is still very satisfactory.

The room was very good, because the business trip was nearby, just in the fur city, it was very convenient to go to the fur city. The hotel breakfast is not bad, because it is not very convenient to go early outside, but the hotel breakfast makes up for this.

Due to the impact of Typhoon Bebejia, we were unable to return to Shanghai directly from Xining Airport, so we came to Nanjing to stay for one night. It was a great experience to stay at GreenEastern for the first time. The hotel facilities are very new and complete. The front desk ladies are very enthusiastic. Although we arrived at the hotel in the early morning, the hotel still enthusiastically arranged for the driver to pick us up at the airport and arranged the room according to our needs. The internal facilities of the room are very clean and modern, especially the smart toilet is very convenient to use. There is a self-service convenience store and laundry room on the first floor. For the situation that it is inconvenient to go out during the typhoon, we don’t have to worry about dining and changing clothes. The cleaning lady will enthusiastically help to use the washing machine, and the driver will also enthusiastically give directions. Highly recommended!

I stay at this hotel every time I need to catch an early flight. This hotel is very conveniently located to both Terminal 1 and 2, either can be reached in just a few minutes of walking. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. I can't say much about the breakfast as I always leave to too early in the morning to enjoy, however the room service meals are quite good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

出差南京，飛機進港已經是凌晨12點多了，為了方便，訂了該酒店。剛剛開業不久，就是兩個字，乾淨！第二天早上10點，老闆娘免費送到附近的地鐵，還有兩位顧客是兩個男孩子也一起，我去的早一點，行李便放在院子裏，老闆娘通知我們上車的時候，我起身時，老闆娘已經直接把我的行李推去車邊然後放到後備箱，那一刻我的心好暖！老闆娘 還告訴兩位男孩子坐在後麪 ，讓這位女士坐在前面，Lady first（^.^）一直認為南方人待人比較淡漠，但是南京讓我的初印象如此温暖！本來對於設施有一點小小的不滿意，都被老闆娘融化了！祝您生意越來越好！

This hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the airport. The environment is very clean. As a foreigner, the check in process was smooth and quick. The staff were helpful. Someone was there to help me with my bags to the room. They even provide free airport pickup and drop-off service, so convenient. The room I got was cleaned. The only thing, was the bathroom face sink was clogged and the water was not going out. The amenities for the bathroom were there, the room came with a kettle, two tea cups and two bottles of water, but there were no sachets of tea or coffee. I wished my room had the tea or coffee, because there weren't any convenient store close by and I was checking out early in the morning. However, there's a vending machine located in the reception area.

We arrived at the airport in about minutes to pick us up, and sent us to the subway station the next day. The whole process was arranged properly and very comfortable. Besides, the room was simple and generous. The floor-to-ceiling windows were very well lit and quiet. I slept well when I went out. I was full of vitality. A bottle of water is also free when you check in! The shampoo shower gel in the room is still OK, much better than the average hotel! Going out, I like to live in this clean and tidy hotel! This trip to Nanjing, the first stop, the impression is not bad! Amway has given my colleagues and friends! Next time you catch a plane, it's your home haha

GGuest UserLocation - good, nearby to Nanjing train station, but need to know how to walk to hotel, go to the right exit (i went wrong exit and had to walk on road for approx 15mins). Local train/subway at doorstep. Approx 1 hour to airport by taxi. Easy to get taxi on Didi (walk to main road next to convenience shop, then book taxi)
Nearby F&B - has lots of small restaurants, and a Burger King within walking distance. Also has a couple of small convenience shops around.
Service - excellent and friendly front desk staff. Gave me a free breakfast upon knowing that i booked room without breakfast :). Upon check in they served a small warm cup of lemon water. Upon check out, they offer a small bottle mineral water.
Room - nice layout, sink is outside bathroom and open area. As per other reviews, the cleanliness is acceptable but not 100% (not for OCD people).
Amenities - toothbrush, handsoap, body wash, shampoo, etc all available
Drink availability - has kettle and some tea leaves to make tea
Laundry - free washer and dryer on 3rd floor to DIY your laundry
Security - key card entry into hotel floor, has a security on 1st floor.
Breakfast - nice small spread of local food. Has also some limited international selection like toast & eggs, and fruits. Has coffee machine and can takeaway coffee.
Overall, i would use this hotel for the location and their friendly staff as well as free laundry.

YYunaYeapMy husband and I had an amazing stay at Nanjing Central Hotel (Room 576, from 30 July to 1 August). Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the Executive Vice General Manager, Mr. Charles Hao. We didn't know he was the GM until he introduced himself after personally leading us to our room. He was humble, friendly, and lovely to chat with. He even gave us an upgrade and assigned us a newly renovated room at no extra charge. We are so grateful for such warm hospitality.
The room was perfect. It was extremely clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The air conditioning was cool, the shower pressure was good, the bed was comfortable, and the smart TV was even bigger than the one we had at home! Best of all, we met sweet Pan Na, the housekeeping manager in charge of our room, who presented us with two cute animal towels.
On our departure day, the hotel porter not only helped us with our heavy luggage but also protected my head with his hand as I entered the taxi. Such a gentleman! All in all, the service here is really top-notch, and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We will definitely return the next time we visit Nanjing.

BBoniu！The room is simple and comfortable, and the environment is ok, but it is a little noisy because it is close to the road. But overall it is good, close to the subway station, just downstairs, very convenient for travel! There are also many foods downstairs!

MMs HotelierBath tub was awesome and bedding was super comfy. Also, hotel staff went another mile in preparing cake, fruits, chocolate and a little gift as it was my birthday. Breakfast was comprehensive and the scrambled eggs were exceptionally good. Waking distance to a new high end mall that opened only a few days ago and super close to the metro line 2 and 10.

The hotel has a perfect location, being only 5min from the olympic stadium area and the Nanjing eye scenic area. The hotel staff are polite, friendly, and speak perfect english. The hotel rooms, whether city view or river view, are all sublime. Spacious room with spacious bathroom and complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge, the holiday feeling when you enter the room is immediate. The hotel has is home to a number of restaurants that offer a range of meals. Additionally, the hotel buffet is great (cost approx 350CNY) and includes a variety of meal options from seafood to steak to vegetarian options. I stay at this hotel once or twice per year and i thoroughly enjoy the stay each time.

RRhiiMy room was absolutely beautiful and clean! Most of the staff were most helpful and friendly. The living room space was tranquil and quiet perfect for those needing a break or needing to complete business assignments. The swimming facilities we clean and orderly.
My only complaint would be that the valet/concierge service only helped Chinese business men with their luggage and neglected anybody else(including myself) regardless of the fact that I was carrying heavy bags around with me.
I was most please to find the room equipped with not 2 but 6 bottles of water considering the warm weather.
Aside from this I would definitely stay here again.

SsteelbossI am from New York and am based in Suzhou, China. I stayed at this hotel during a busy holiday and was very concerned about Nanjing traffic. This hotel has an excellent location near the university city and many theme parks, such as Nanjing Happy Valley. The level of elegance of the rooms was comparable to the now-extinct 6-star rating. You would have to see it to believe it, including the electric toilets and beveled glass doors.
However, I decided to post a comment because of the restaurant. I have been in China for 23 years and usually travel for business. Breakfast at most hotels is not good, and nothing like in Western hotels. Because of this, I drove to a fancy restaurant and wasted a ton of money on horrible food. The next day, upon checkout, I decided to eat at the in-hotel restaurant and was totally shocked to find two interconnected dining facilities, consisting of a hot pot buffet on one side and an À la carte buffet on the other. I chose the À la carte because my son saw the grilled beef kabobs and had to have it.
Here is the best part: When you enter the buffet, you get a small card you pre-charge with money. I charged RMB 300, or about $41.66. You go through the buffet, take what you want, and swipe the card for each item. You only pay for what you eat. There had to be no less than 80 items on the buffet, from vegetable dishes, soups, pasta, beef (tenderloin), rib steak, short-rib steaks, fish, shrimp, traditional noodles, eggs, omelets, various bread, fruits, and many traditional Chinese dishes. There were four of us, and we were stuffed. Ultimately, I returned the charge card and was refunded RMB 35. This means I spent RMB 265 for four people or RMB 66.25 ($9.20) per person for a spectacular buffet.
This was hands-down the best hotel experience I've had in China, for room, and dining.
I really did not like one thing. A workstation outside deals with tiles, marble, masonry, and maintenance. It does not look good, and that was my view. The laydown area uses part of the parking lot. The yard needs to be cleaned up, and the work site covered or contained in a shop. This is a major management gaff void of marketing awareness. I still rate the hotel a 5-star.

GGuest UserI booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations.
We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby.
We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed.
Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel.
This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance.
We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again.
Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed.
When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet.

DDenis SsaliI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Nanjing Central Suning in Nanjing, China, and I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the high level of service and the overall quality of the hotel.
Location:
The hotel boasts a prime location, right in the heart of Nanjing. It is conveniently situated close to Deji Plaza and Xinjiekou MRT, which is one of the city's premier shopping and dining destinations. Additionally, there are numerous excellent restaurants just opposite the hotel, providing a wide variety of dining options. The ease of access to transportation was another highlight, making it simple to explore the rest of the city.
Rooms:
The rooms at Novotel Nanjing Central Suning are incredibly clean, spacious, and smoke-free, which is a huge plus for those who prefer a fresh and healthy environment. The design of the rooms is modern and comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing or business meetings. The central location of the hotel also ensures that many rooms offer stunning city views, adding to the overall experience.
Service:
The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was professional and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had.
Amenities:
The hotel offers a range of amenities that enhance the stay experience. The fitness center is well-equipped, providing a great space for guests to maintain their workout routine. PPatrickeblevinsMy wife and I are trying our best to have children but it has been very challenging. We needed a place close the hospital and decided to try Qingmu hotel because it was conveniently located and looked comfortable from the outside and had mostly positive reviews on trip.com.
As a foreigner who speaks very little mandarin I was concerned about communication with the hotel staff. But I was pleasantly surprised with how efficiently they handled this problem. We were able to chat with help of WeChat and google translate. They also knew more English than I thought they would. Soon we were very friendly and found a productive way to communicate my needs and get the best room possible. They also helped with our travel bags and provided water and a snack. I felt very happy and comfortable with their services and they made this feel like a home more than a hotel stay.
The room was very inviting and smelled freshly cleaned. The bed was very comfortable and my wife has had back pain but said that the bed was perfect for her. It was nice that they were able to store our medication in a temperature controlled fridge while we continued to work towards conception. We had a wonderful view of the city and the bathroom had essentials to aid in freshening up between sessions. The shower had hot water and a removable head and could fit two people.
We had access to a microwave oven to warm our lunch and a laundry center to catch up on our travel clothing cleaning needs.
The hotel is located close to the subway and is surrounded by many restaurants and other forms of entertainment. Staying here during the Chinese New Year you could feel the festivities all around you, with brightly colored decorations and music.
The hotel was also pleasantly decorated with flowers in our rooms as well as in the lobby.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great stay, for an even better price, my wife and I will definitely return here. I attached some photos of my stay below.
