Staff was very lovely and friendly, but not suitable cleanliness. Had not been cleaned in what felt like a very long time. Cockroach seen in the bathroom. Large amounts of dust, hairs in the bed, stained duvets and mattresses, mold on the walls, bathroom was at a level of uncleanliness that we felt uncomfortable to shower. There was a cat and a dog in the hostel, personally didn’t bother us but could bother others.
