設備還行 室內温泉有點臟 躺的地方亂亂的 還有很多灰 環境可能是因為在建設二期 沒裝修好 一般般吧 淡季400多也是挺貴了

因為民宿，心裏早有心裏建設，可是沒有想到跟預期相差這麼大，體驗感很差。
1. 住了一晚，無管家服務，衹見到過一位穿着像門衞的大爺，白天退房時候，前台無人值守，讓把門卡放於前台。
2. 床尾很奇葩的設計，見圖一圖二，膝蓋被撞到不下七次，老公五次，孩子三次。
3. 清潔一般，沒有茶包等，玻璃杯就這麼倒置在桌面上。
4. 晚上入住的，到的時候跟我們説水要等半小時才熱。所謂的私湯就是個大池子放温水，水温温的，根本沒有達到私湯的標準。
5. 地理位置較偏，周圍沒有店鋪，公池也未開放。

影廬温泉度假酒店是一家民宿，缺乏配套設施，沒有餐廳也不提供早餐，而且旁邊一幢樓還在裝修，整體感覺沒那麼好。房間裝修的還可以，但是又感覺不合理，淋浴間很小，沒有放衣服的地方，洗浴用品也很差，沒有敢用，房間除了兩瓶礦泉水其餘都沒有，比如茶、咖啡，畢竟我們訂的房間的價格也不便宜。
服務員應該是家庭成員，沒有受過專業的培訓，沒有服務意識，找人需要打電話，服務枱根本沒有人。
我們是團建活動，一共訂了五間房，整體都感覺不行，下次應該不會再去了。

泡温泉果然還是要私湯，很滿意的體驗。不過抱怨一下電視機很多電視都看不了，有些手機也沒辦法投屏有點可惜。衞生上總體很乾凈，不過晚上不知道哪裡飛進來一衹大蟲子蠻嚇人的，杯子上也有洗不掉的印子。雖然很快就解決了不過回想起來有點膈應。服務態度真的很好，送的水果看得出是好好挑選過的，推薦的餐廳也都很贊。（^-^）👍

設施：這次帶着父母一起過來入住啦，房間超大的落地窗看風景真的絕啦，房間裏泡着温泉看着窗外的雪景真的特別舒服
環境：環境還是一如既往的不錯，就是停車場的地還是有點爛，一下雪腳底踩的都是泥，進門也沒有擦鞋的地方，
服務：一開始温泉不會放熱水也能及時的解決。服務很貼心

衞生：很差，浴袍裏還有枕頭裡有別人的頭髮
環境：住的地方蟲子非常非常多，小飛蟲不説了，廁所和洗手枱周圍到處都是，淋浴間地漏沒有清潔，上面都是別人的頭髮和黃色固體污漬
環境：剛進去床上就有很多小螞蟻，從牆縫裡爬到被子裏，買了水果之後螞蟻從牆縫裡爬出來爬的桌上到處都是，要求換房間前台也是沒有人。打了電話之後來一個老大爺態度非常差，而且想把責任推到客人身上，説蟲子是我們帶進來的。
一開始還不想更換更高樓層的房間，想隨便敷衍去隔壁，在一再要求之下，才不情不願換到二樓。
前後更換的兩個房間都沒有防盜鏈，早上七點鐘就能聽到其他房間很響的聲音隔音很差。
服務：晚上七點多前台就沒有任何人了，安全係數堪憂沒有任何安保，外賣員都能直接走進來。
設施：平台服務這邊説無按金，卻交了一千元的按金，沒有達到該有的價位應該有的服務，連基本的衞生和安全都無法保證
