They do everything you would like you'd ask. ASAP! Thanks to all staff working there from the guards to chefs to the receptionist. Especially receptionist Ann and others who are working at night. I will book this hotel every time I'm going to be visiting Nairobi and also the hotel is very safe for your valuable staffs. there's a safe at the room but your other bigger stafs like laptobs are also safe Thanks, Ann and Others that work mostly at night. You guys made my vacation unforgettable.

My recent stay at Swiss-Belinn Nairobi was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring my comfort throughout. The serene environment provided a perfect escape from city life, and the well-maintained grounds added to the relaxing atmosphere. My spacious, spotless room felt like a true home away from home. Dining was a delight with diverse, flavorful options, especially the local dishes. The hotel's facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center, were excellent. I loved the bed and food was divers. The potter and receptionist were friendly and welcoming. House keeping was on time and managed to remake my room in a space of small time.The location was also fair for a business person like me as it was not very far from the airport.

Booked 3 club rooms for 3 separate nights during a multi-stop tour through Kenya. The Stanley and the 1902 lounge were one of the highlights of our trip and we would definitely stay here again and specifically book the club rooms. First of all, the staff were incredible - Emilie, Collins, Benson (1902 lounge butlers), Steve (concierge) and Susan (management) deserve special recognition. They all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. The 1902 lounge is well worth the upgrade. Soft drinks and snacks during the day, and an incredible happy hour daily from 6-8 with hard drinks and hors d'oeuvres. And if your flight is later the day of checkout, you can use the lounge throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. We tried all 3 restaurants during our stay - The Thorn Tree cafe provides an excellent breakfast and is good for lunch. Both the Thai Chi and Pool Deck restaurants were excellent dinner choices. If you are heading on Safari or to Mombasa you can leave the luggage you don't need with the concierge, taking only the things you need for that part of the trip. This makes traveling so much easier. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. As we returned to the Stanley from one of the legs of our trip, we all remarked that it felt like we were ”coming home”. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is near Nairobi Airport. The hotel offers free pick-up and drop-off. When we arrived, we just happened to catch the Miss World Kenya pageant. The dinner was buffet and the breakfast was OK. It is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a toll road into the city without traffic jams. It is opposite the national park and is convenient for watching animals.
