Great location. Good price. Room is small but it have everything you need e.g. toothbrush, skin lotion, face mask, sun screen, hair dryer, slipper, pajamas… just bring in your clothes then sleep.
There are three washing machines but always fully occupied. Breakfast is value for money.
Staff is helpful.

The location is very good. It is easy to reach and just around 5 minutes to the JR station. Besides, it provides all the amenities you may need, it even provide face mask. However, the room is little bit small, you can hardly walk in the room if the luggage is opened on the ground. Overall, still recommend for people single traveler or couples!

With my heavy luggage, I was looking for something really close to the train station! This hotel is 3 minutes away, it’s very good.
I was living on the 14th floor - amazing window view.
No sento :( But you can take a bath in your room + pick a powder bath downstairs, amazing service.
Good for a short stay!

Been to many places in Japan and stayed at many different hotels there. But this was the first hotel I have seen which put on a notice to remind customers ‘’not to bring amenities home’’. When I got into the elevator, I saw another notice I have never seen which said that they charge you 2000 yen if you wanna dispose of your luggage in the hotel. Then when you got into the ice machine room, and if you want some water, what you can get was not water from a water machine but water from a hand wash basin near the ice machine.
One night at i went back to hotel at around 1:00 at night so I wanna get some amenities for shower, they even put them all away so I could get none!! Are they really afraid that their customers would steal the amenities??
These gave me some feeling of stinginess. Actually there are many other options you can choose from with their price charged. So I don’t recommend this.

Very convenient location next to the main Shinkansen station. Hotel provides good amenities and toiletries.

The hotel is 10 mins walk to meitetsu Airport station. But 5mins to JR station lines. The staff are quite young, attitude so-so . Breakfast was lousy, worst we had in 21 days Japan trip. Doesn't even have granola or much local flavour. Not worth to include or pay for breakfast, it should be revamped and improved.
We stayed in small Double room j that is smallest ever during our trip. Need to open luggage in corridor to pack. Would not recommend this hotel to others.
