Toyoko Inn Nagoya Marunouchi Reviews

This hotel in Japan is the worst one. The hotel has a parking garage but does not provide it. We have no choice but to park in the public parking lot. The breakfast is poor. The room is so small that a suitcase cannot be opened. The cleaning cloth in the room is thrown on the TV! I will never stay in a chain hotel like this again.

The breakfast is delicious. There is a free shuttle bus to Nagoya Station. Clean and well-managed There is a beef restaurant downstairs and a convenience store at the corner, which is very convenient. Great value for money. Will stay again when I come to Nagoya again.

It is about ten minutes away from Nagoya JR Station. There is a beef restaurant near the hotel, which is very delicious. One of the waiters is a Filipino. She has a very nice attitude and sweet appearance. She also mentioned that there is a free shuttle bus to and from Nagoya Station at certain times, which is very convenient.

The room is too small and the bathroom cannot be turned around.

Even if I went earlier than the check-in time, I was able to do the procedure itself, and I was able to deposit luggage such as suitcases. There are no particular complaints about the service, and the staff will ask if there is cleaning or not, so even those who don't want to enter the room can feel at ease. If anything, Wi-Fi is weak, so people who care about it may be interested.

The location is not good, the service is too average, not recommended place...

Very good business hotel

翌日からの三重旅行に備え、前泊として利用しました。 名古屋駅からそこまで距離もなく、最寄り駅からはほぼ地下で移動できたので、雨の日も安心。 着いてから知りましたが、時間帯限定ですが送迎バスあります。帰りは利用させて頂き楽に移動できました。 部屋はきれいで必要なものがコンパクトに纏まっていて、二人の小さい子連れ旅でしたが、全く問題なく利用できました。 朝食もついてるのがありがたい。

1. Breakfast food was not warmed. Most food was cold. 2. Coffee was supposed to be served until 10am but the kitchen ladies rushed to finish their work at 9am and said they ran out of coffee. They were then caught telling lies and had to serve coffee again.

During my vacation in Japan I have stayed at several Toyoko Inns and really enjoyed my stays. Breakfast service is very nice, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

There is a rich complimentary breakfast in the morning. The lobby and dining area are larger and more comfortable than Toyoko, which was built a long time ago. The free bus between the station and the hotel was also nice.

I was thankful that there was a shuttle bus to Nagoya Station starting at 7am.
