Hotels near Gold Clock, Nagoya

The building is undeniably old, but the rooms and unit baths were clean and comfortable. The hotel room is clean and the location is meant to be convenient; it is just a few mins walk from the subway exit However, it was very unfortunate that the exit was closed on the next day after we arrived due to the Golden week holiday, and the distance to the hotel became very far. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. But considering paying almost US$130 a night for a self service hotel , it is pricey. You need to get amenities ie paper cup, hot water, robes,....from the lobby and there wasn't any safe deposit box Nor phone in the room. The attitude of the staff is average.

We traveled to Nagoya Sakae for five days, staying at Travelodge as a family of three—me, my wife, and our toddler. We stayed on their Superior Queen Room, which is amply spaced for a Japanese hotel. Even with its small footprint, it was surprising that it has its own fridge, movable table for eating or work, and an ensuite toilet and bath. I also love that it has a window overlooking Mirai Tower. It has a gym, laundromat, and a co-working space that's also used in the morning for buffet breakfast (optional). I love that all guests are given access to free soda and juice dispenser. Location is also very good, about five-minute by foot to Nagoya Tower, and surrounded all around by convenience stores, restaurants, and bars—really vibrant during the weekends. And if you're into walking, most of Nagoya's tourist spots is walkable from the hotel, including Nagoya Castle and the Science Museum.

Location was between 2 stations, quite a walk if you carry large luggage. Price was very affordable and hotel is new, rooms are small but can’t complain with the attractive prices. It’s located at the edge of a entertainment area so if you venture down the streets at night might not be suitable for families.

The Livemax Hotel in Marunouchi was incredible! The service I received from the staff was top notch! I felt well-accommodated and the public bath was just the cherry on top. That coupled with the sauna were a highlight. It’s also close to several subway entrances and Central Park for shopping. I truly enjoyed my stay there and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking to visit Sakae or Hisaya-dori park.

The location of the Nishi Tetsu Cruum Hotel is fantastic, right next to the Sakae Station on the subway! (Just a 1-minute walk) The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's even free Wi-Fi! The hotel also has a large public bath, which is great for soaking and relieving travel fatigue. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options, so you'll leave feeling very satisfied! The staff is also very friendly. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Nagoya!

Cozy hotel close the Central Park and Sakae station which makes is convenient to travel. Also surrounded by countless restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Shopping area is just in 5 minutes walking distance. Very kind staff, clean place with room cleaning opportunities.

The bath and relaxation room were very good. Unfortunately. At the breakfast buffet, I packed the side dishes that middle-aged men took nearby in a tapper and put them in a cooling bag. I put 2.3 times with my familiar hand. I was attached to the front desk staff, but it seemed to be doing it routinely. I felt bad.
