Nice place. Especially for people who prefer more privacy! Convenient to travel around about 10-15mins ride to Grand Batam Mall!

The hotel a little run down but it has been compensated with great hospitality and friendly staff. Beautiful view from the hotel balcony as well as to enjoy the early sunrise. The breakfast spread could have some room for improvement. Overall it was a great stay with affordable price.

The location is on a mountain and transportation is inconvenient. You must take Grab. The overall room facilities are not new, but they are quite large, with a balcony and a good view. There are not many breakfast dishes, but the texture is okay. Regardless of the location, this is a hotel with good CP value.

The hotel is located on a mountain, and there are many distances from commercial centers and restaurants. You need to take a Grab taxi to go out; The facilities are a bit old, but still usable. The drainage of the shower is not good, and it is easy to get clogged after staying in two different rooms; In addition, try to get a room on the side of a residential building, facing the city. Parties and concerts last until midnight, and the sound of cars on the highway penetrates clearly at night. Sensitive people may find it too noisy; The breakfast was quite satisfactory, the service was very enthusiastic, and overall it was worthy of the price.

The view is spectacular, the staff are amazing. Steven front of house, Donna at D’nest bar, Nia and Tiara at breakfast. The hotel reminds me of the Overlook from The Shining. Yes it’s that dated. I was there for 3 weeks as I had prepaid, big mistake. My executive room was missing bits of wallpaper, had bugs squashed into wall. Do not touch the curtains without gloves. The bathroom had so many leaks we needed a Welsh plumber ! It had no food or drinks available from 9am (end of breakfast) until 5pm. Room service at a premium price was available so why not have a bar open? There are no shops or any amenities within walking distance it’s a taxi everywhere. In fact walking was out of the question as no lit roads and no pavements. At random times of day the mosque, I timed them, from 4am was so loud you could not have a quiet conversation and even indoors it was still loud. That was before Ramadan. It must have been a fabulous hotel in its past life but now needs major refurbishment.

Short of being a resort and yet a hotel slightly far from town, the only comfort that the hotel provides is free shuttle services and an extremely friendly and bilingual service team who goes all out to help customers. If only facilities and amenities could be upgraded, I would have given it a 4 star rating.

Such an awesome hotel to stay its huge with a beautiful balcony overlooking the Batam city. Me and my colleagues really enjoyed our stay and having such a wonderful time. Many Thanks to Felicia who graciously assist us and bringing us around for a short tour on the island. Thanks for the hospitality and generosity during our stay the lovely hotel staffs who are friendly and polite with a ready smile makes us feel so at home. Highly recommended to stay in Crown Vista with a pleasure in our hearts. We will surely come back :)

Simple yet unique and different hotel in Batam was built in honour of Indonesian batik culture heritage. A newly renovated lobby + restaurant have completely changed the landscape of the hotel. At Crown Vista Hotel, they are inspired by the Indonesian hospitality where every guest will be treated with an unique experience. I recommend you to unwind and recharge at the Spa Village, with its Beer Spa treatments. Additionally, you get to experience one of the BEST aerial views of Batam Island. I will come back again asap. Thank you.

The BEST Hotel in town. Really happy to stay here. The City View was awesome. Very wonderful place in Batam. Everytime you want to relax your mind. Crown Vista Hotel Batam will be my 1st hotel to choose. They have Spa Village, Scenery Restaurant & d'Nest Bar & Grill. All of that was perfect. You must try to stay here guys! It's worth it!

View is good as long it is not facing the residential property which is 30m apart. Breakfast is OK. Room needs upgrade as it is old, dark and got some odor as well as the corridor. Floor dusty. Gym facilities and pool is ok , however the spa pool a bit dirty.
