It was a quiet place in front of the station, the staff were kind, and the breakfast was individually packaged because it was a corona disaster, but it was very delicious. The room was also sealed and it was warm without heating. Because it was in front of the station, I was able to shop and eat easily. The transportation was good and I was surprised at the number of buses, but it was a convenient hotel because it was not written on the signboard such as where to go, so it was difficult to find it, or it was easy to go to the sightseeing spot. There were many shops in Nagasaki Station, such as various seafood and souvenirs. It's a hotel you want to use again.

The hotel is in a great location. You can get there by taking the elevator and crossing the overpass from Nagasaki JR Station and the tram station. There are several convenience stores and restaurants around. It is a busy area in downtown Nagasaki. It is not far from the main attractions such as Shinchi Chinatown and the Atomic Bomb Museum. You can take the tram to get there! The room is clean and spacious. Nagasaki is a small city suitable for slow exploration. It is so comfortable. I will come again if I have the chance.
A brand-new hotel in Nagasaki, Japan opened as part of the redevelopment of the Nagasaki JR train station complex. A short walk from the Shinkansen platform to the hotel entrance, from where a lift takes guests directly to the 7th-floor lobby. This bright and open space features stunning panoramic views of Mount Inasa and the harbor. The same floor is the location for the All Day Dining restaurant, boasting an outside terrace with city views, and serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Two Japanese restaurants feature menus showcasing the finest and freshest local ingredients. The bright and modern conference room, accommodating up to 100 attendees, boasts an outside garden area for a breath of fresh air during a meeting. All 207 beautifully appointed Nagasaki hotel guestrooms benefit from stunning views of the city, Mount Inasa, or Nagasaki harbor. Book any Premium room or Suite to access a private balcony, the perfect spot to soak in the wonderful scenery.

I stayed in the ”Premium Balcony Twin” on the top floor (13th floor) for one night from Sunday, April 28th. The hotel just opened on January 16th this year, so the whole place is very clean, and the objects displayed everywhere are casually neat, but very highly designed. [About the rooms] The biggest feature of the rooms is the balcony. When you go out onto the balcony, you can feel the pleasant breeze, and you can see the hilly streets typical of Nagasaki, the mountain on the opposite side of Mount Inasa, and the Nagasaki Port with many ships passing by on the left, which was very refreshing. The room is a spacious 36m2, with a comfortable bed, a large walk-in closet, and the power system is equipped with the latest facilities. You can also enjoy Youtube and Netflix on the large screen hanging on the wall. The bathroom is also spacious and well equipped with a narrow but long bathtub, rain shower, hand shower, and other facilities, and the layout is straight from the balcony of the room, so the whole room feels very spacious. [About the Club Lounge] The hotel's club lounge, the M Club Lounge, is located on the top floor (13th floor), and its appeal is that it is open 24 hours a day. The sofas are spaced apart in the lounge, which is larger than I expected. During cocktail time and coordinated time from 4pm to 9pm, alcohol, cocktail food, and sweets are available, and the quality is quite high. It was a long weekend day, so the lounge was busy, but it didn't feel as cramped as I expected. [About Breakfast] Breakfast was served in a Japanese and Western buffet style at Harbella on the 7th floor, where the reception is located. The food was reasonably high quality, and local foods such as Goto udon and Nagasaki sara udon were also available. However, the main dish, which used to be made to order, was now available at the egg station in the buffet area, and I didn't think it was worth the price of 5,500 yen. [About the staff service] This left a good impression. Especially in lounges and other places where manual, formal, and reserved service is common these days, I liked the way the young staff actively tried to communicate with guests. [Points of concern] I would like to see additional recreational facilities such as a pool or spa. If this is difficult given the location, I would like the hotel to expand its services as a city resort, such as by organizing original sightseeing tours. I feel that as the hotel ages and guests tire of it, it will become a high-end terminal hotel mainly for business and banquets. One more thing I would like is for the route to be made clearer for those arriving by car. Unless there is at least an area reserved for guests in the Amu Plaza car park, it will be very difficult to park when it is busy.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to JR Nagasaki station n a grand shopping mall. The room is spacious n there's a pleasant smell when you step into their lobby. The old gentleman at the concierge was especially helpful about our enquiry. Thank you.

Had an excellent stay here for 3 nights. Location is excellent being just across the road from the JR station. I was welcomed from arrival to departure. The room was large and comfortable ad quiet. The breakfast selection was excellent with great staff ( excellent additional benefits for being a HH Diamond member which was greatly appreciated) The executive lounge was excellent with great breakfast offerings, great afternoon snacks and a great evening snack selection ( probably the best selection in a Hilton I have had for years). The fitness centre is great ( did not try the hot baths) and loved the congestion indicator on the tv. The Seven Seas lounge was fantastic for a evening drink before bed with excellent service Nagasaki is a beautiful city to visit and hope to visit and stay at the hilton again soon

I was going back on a day trip, but the facilities in Nagasaki city were too substantial and stayed in a hurry. I accidentally discovered when I was looking for a hotel with hot bath facilities near the station. Search for today's accommodation price in the hotel lobby. I knew the cold and the full content of the hotel, so I decided by the amount presented by the hotel. The elevator is rare in a business hotel and 3,4 units. Security is also safe to push the card key and the accommodation floor. On the first floor, there is a convenience store (which can be entered and left by hotel key), and the hotel original snack is prepared at night, and the hot bath facilities are also complete with inner bath, open-air bath and sauna. Both can be selected because there is a shower room in the room. It is good to go with a feeling like a hiding hotel because it is located one step away from the street. It is recommended to enjoy the night view and the emotion of Nagasaki depending on the place.

It was an incredible inn that I was staying with a budget control. The customer service was always polite and smiling and gave me some fine care. The room was fashionable and clean, and there was no dirt that was concerned. Smart singles are wider than considering the number of tatami mats because there is no bathtub, and I didn't feel particularly narrow for the amount of luggage arrangement, notes, smartphone use, sleep, etc. The shower room was also thankful that the gap was blocked so that the water did not go to the toilet side. Unlike the minimal, it is a full western style floor. Although the space for the washbasin is not large, there is another place in the washbasin, so it is recommended to divide the washbasin into two or more large porch. The bath in the bath also extended and soaked, and the fatigue of the sightseeing in Nagasaki City, which tended to be beautiful and easy to walk, healed more than I imagined. The bath and the room were secure, and even the woman was safe. In addition, it was a nice trip, and it was full of a little goodness that raised the travel mood, such as coffee and tea freely in front of the front desk. The breakfast at the beginning of April was a sandwich buffet with a tasteful bread and pancake, and selection of ingredients from cream, *, sausage, sliced onions, saba, etc. There are several kinds of soup, coffee, tea and juice, but there is no miso soup and white rice, so I think it's a preference there. I was delicious. Even if you don't set breakfast by reservation, it was difficult to buy a ticket at the front desk if you were tired or trying to go to breakfast when the store was a holiday. By the way, the entrance and the price are different, but there is a popular cooking on the second floor, and if you are careful about the business hours and the restriction of the entrance of the large bath, you can drink the sour in 0 minutes on foot. If you care about time, you can also look around the nearby store street. Chinatown and Dejima were able to walk in the typical cultural system, and the city tram station was also nearby and it was a good location.

This time I stayed in a room with 3 beds with 3 family members. The size of the room, the lighting (brightness) and the cleanliness were great. Especially, I am very satisfied with the size of the room (of course, it is not as large as overseas, but in Japan there are 3 beds, and I am impressed with that size). The location of the hotel was also convenient between Nagasaki Station and the center of Nagasaki. The front desk customer service was very good except for one person. I want one of them to follow other staff and do their best to provide better service in the future. The hotel is a bit old, but it was well maintained and I was able to spend a very comfortable time with my family.

We stayed for 3 nights at this new and beautiful hotel. While it was a bit DIY-ish to take whatever the amenities you wanted at the reception area, I found this practical. When we wanted more towels, a receptionist was happy to hand us one as well. I enjoyed the top floor outdoor bath as well as breakfast daily. From TA review, I learnt that the bath could be quite busy. Maybe because we stayed at this Candeo Hotel on weekdays, I never had to feel crumped in the locker area. Breakfast had a variety of local Japanese and western spreads, and it was delicious. The location of the hotel was superb. The major tram stop was within a few minutes on foot. We could walk to Dejima, Megane Bridge, even to the Dutch Slope. There were a plenty of restaurants nearby. The only reason that I could not give 5 stars was that the staff appeared to be distanced. I used to frequently stay in hotels around the world, and I consider receptionists to be the gatekeepers of hotels. With a bit of training, they can smile a little more and perhaps be friendlier. I stayed in 3 more hotels during my recent trip to Japan, and unfortunately, this Candeo Hotel’s receptionists spoke the poorest English, and all of the staff I encountered, including those at breakfast and other areas, looked unhappy.

GGuest UserA new business hotel 5,6 minutes walk from Nagasaki Station to Dejima, and the entrance is not conspicuous. The semi-double room itself is not large, but it is enough for one person. It should be noted that the toilet and the washbasin are different from the bathroom. There is also a washroom in the bathroom. There is a hot pot, hair dryer and refrigerator. Although there is no public bath, it is more than the first point as a business hotel. I can't evaluate breakfast (1200 yen) because I don't eat it, but it seems delicious in the photograph
GGuest UserThe worst was the meal. It's not delicious in the morning or at night. I can see it in other reviews, but the pot and meat were especially terrible. It takes time and doesn't taste. Although sashimi is delicious, there are many modifiers such as dry ice Usui radish, and the amount of fish in the center is small. It seems that you can upgrade, but only 1 〜 2 items seem to change, so there will be no big difference overall. (By the way, the upgrade is 3,000 〜 5,000 yen per person, which is quite bullish.) There may be an option to go out for meals, but since it is an island, there are few shops other than this facility ... Dinner in the morning It's the same as the venue, but it's crowded even on weekdays. The less menu is not replenished, and it remains as it is even if it is scattered. Obviously there are few staff and there is little space. When I go to pick up the dish in a buffet style, I boil the soup at my own seat, but when I am guided to the seat, it is adjusted by the thermal power MAX, so when I come back, it is too boiled and almost no moisture is gone. To. When you go to get food with multiple people, it seems better to leave someone on the fire or turn off the fire once before going. Lunch is not open on weekdays, so practically, you can choose the Amimoto Shokudo. This is also written on the homepage as ”irregular”, but it seems that it is not done on weekdays, and it is not known whether it is intentional or unkind, but attention is necessary. I saw a lot of people returning by looking at the bulletin board at the entrance of the restaurant, saying, ”Isn't it vacant?” The check-in reception is overwhelmingly lacking, and even if you make a reservation, you have to wait a long time. I aimed for a time that seemed to be free on weekdays, but I stood up with heavy luggage for more than 30 minutes and waited. The rooms are well equipped. There are many slopes, stairs, and rugged roads, so it is difficult to carry luggage. The scenery is good, but I'm worried that other group guests and anglers can pass right outside the window on the first floor. Also, there seems to be no elevator on the second floor, so you can carry your luggage and go up and down the stairs. There are some facilities under repair or maintenance, but it is difficult to understand. Islander Minne has quite a few stairs, slopes, and slopes, so be careful if you have a bad leg. The child may be fun, but I was disappointed. The hotel itself and the nearby aisles are aging, so be careful at your feet. The air conditioner and hammock in the room are full of dust. There are some beautiful places, but the impression that the main tenancy and repair are not catching up overall. It doesn't matter if there are many foreign staff, but I don't think that language skills and attitudes are at the level of leaving the hotel's customer service, so I think it's better to leave the back or only when an interpreter is needed. Although the words are insufficient, it is strongly recommended that you take a video of the dry ice production (which is common in izakaya) when serving sashimi. Is it in the manual? Is it expected to spread SNS? Even though I am a customer, I am worried about various things. Because there were group guests, the bath time was limited without notice. It is said that the facility can be used on the day of check-out, but when I went there, it was under maintenance and could not be used. It seems to be posted on the homepage, and it was cold but difficult to understand! This content was quite tight at the price of a first-class hotel in the city center and a luxury resort in Okinawa and Hokkaido. I'm sorry that I had a holiday on weekdays in anticipation. It may be fun to go as a group guest. Personally, it is a mystery that there are many high evaluations ... There are similar reviews about the drawbacks, but is it difficult for the budget or is it difficult for the budget? .. .. I wonder if I expected too much. .. ..
MMhom_jaoMy stay at the Coruscant Hotel Nagasaki was truly memorable. Here are some highlights:
• Stunning Architecture: The hotel building itself is a sight to behold, blending classic European design with modern amenities.
• Comfortable Rooms: The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring.
• Convenient Location: Situated in the heart of Nagasaki, the hotel provides easy access to popular attractions and transportation.
• Excellent Service: The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Coruscant Hotel Nagasaki for anyone visiting the area.
MMary_Yao88We stayed for another four days and three nights, and we still wanted more. The hotel's location was so convenient that we went to the attractions we should visit and ate the food we should eat. We happened to meet a cruise ship from China, which was so spectacular. I heard that the ship can carry 6,000 tourists. It's a good season for travel. In a word, I will come back to Nagasaki and choose FAV. 😘👍
I stayed here for 2 nights. Check in was polite, but very few of the staff are competent in English. My room was at the very far end of the corridor, but I was at least rewarded with a little balcony with a view of the church and Glover Gardens. The room was small, but otherwise no complaints. I decided to take the drinks voucher for my welcome gift - there's no bar though so you have to have it in the restaurant. I wanted to take it back to my room, but they insisted on seating me, giving me a glass of water etc, when all I wanted was a beer! I should've taken the points. Hotel is in a good location, near the Gardens, close to a tram stop, and less than 10 minutes walk to Chinatown. I'd stay again. One oddity - a friend was planning on joining me, but he couldn't book a room (I tried too), it seemed fully booked. He didn't come in the end, so no worries there, but the hotel was far from full.
GGuest UserIt is a hotel in front of the station with a feeling of tiredness, but it is convenient to go anywhere because it is located at the key point of the transportation network such as trams and bus terminals. It is not directly connected to the station, but it is in front of the station and is on the upper floor of the shopping mall, so shopping and eating are also convenient. Amenity is at the level of a normal business hotel, and it is a style to bring as much as you need from the amenities corner in front of the front desk. Especially noteworthy is the Japanese tea tea bag of ”Sogicha” from Nagasaki Prefecture. It was a pretty delicious tea that I couldn't think of as a business hotel level. I liked it so much that I ordered it online later.
Room is spacious and bed comfortable. Easy registration and check out. Customer service pretty good. Also location is superb, near eateries and shops, very useful. However, to be frank, we find the car parking a bit stressful because you have to drive into a narrow lift. Well, the hotel is in the middle of the city so car parking space is very limited.
The Covid-19’s theme was inescapable. It followed us everywhere. Seeing everywhere disinfecting dispensers, social distance posters/markers, posters with generic COVID information and more huge posters with enormous masks with an angry face saying ダメ! (don’t do it) really makes it a stressful experience. Imagine me sitting with my wife and kids having a meal and seeing a huge scary mask giving me obvious and subliminal dirty looks while eating. Also I tried to remove the acrylic panel on our table separating me and a son from my wife and another son. The staff said I couldn’t and that other customers were abiding by it. I don’t know about other customers but it seems weird that they would impose safety measures for my family trumping my own family’s wish. I mean we slept in the same bed and kiss each other good night and so on. We spent 2 hours in a car on the way to the hotel without acrylics or masks. Anyway on top of that every individual knife, fork, pair of chopsticks were inside a transparent protective wrap that wasn’t always easy to unwrap. All this compounded … made a holiday trip that was meant to be enjoyable a reminder that we live in an apocalyptic world
HHera SzAmazing onsen, free popsicles, probiotics and noodles from 21:30 to 23:00. Room is tidy and staff are very well trained . Like any Dormy Inn, check in is at 15:00 and if you want to check in earlier prepare to pay an extra fee.
Location is easy to reach by tram from the train station, and it is just near the tram stop.
Women behave of weirdos approaching in Chinatown in the evening for escort services . They chase you until you shout to them in English .
KKenji HWe stayed in the 401 room of the private room in a two-stage bed. This is a simple accommodation renovated the miscellaneous building, 5 floor, but there is no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, it is hard to move to the upper floor. 4 The room on the floor is a room made of a large room easily separated into multiple rooms. There is a subtle gap with the next room in the window part, and the sound and light leak. Also, the wall on the corridor side has stained glass windows, so light from the corridor leaks. People who are used to backpacker travel will not be problematic because they have people coming and going late, but it is not recommended for people who are sensitive to sound and light.
