The easiest check-in we had as all we need to do was just cross a crossing bridge from JR station to the hotel. Location was unbeatable. Staffs were also super helpful & friendly. Nothing stands out on the rooms but nothing to complaint as well. Would definitely recommend!

Very close to the east exit of Nagano Station, kindergarten children can stay with adults for free, there is a convenience store downstairs, and eating and shopping are at Nagano Station. It is very convenient to take the high-speed rail and bus. The twin room has a luggage rack and is spacious enough to unpack luggage.

The one room key was inconvenient. I almost fell over the step at the entrance to the unit bath several times. The color? pattern? of the carpet on the floor also made my perspective dull, which was inconvenient. The breakfast time limit was different on the notice and on the website, so it was inconvenient to know what was the correct answer. The location was great, just one minute from the station and there was a convenience store next door, so it was very convenient.
I stayed in a twin room and was surprised that the room was larger than an average hotel, and the bed was also wide so I was able to sleep comfortably.
