THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DON’T EVER COME TO THIS PLACE. Basically I booked 7 months in advanced and they confirmed everything, I tried to text to them many times, called them and never , I mean NEVER answered back, so one week before my departure I contacted booking to understand the situation but they said that the property confirmed the booking and gave me their number to contact in case of need. We’ll, they don’t answer to this number. Anyways, today, the day of my departure, they CANCELLED MY TRIP and left me in mykonos in July without an accommodation on the day of the departure. And they had the courage to say that they told me that before, but of course after taking my money. They are terrible, nothing else to say.

I booked and paid for this hotel 3 months before my trip. With 24 hours of check-in I received notification that my reservation had been cancelled. I was traveling with children and this added considerable stress to our holiday. It was high season and all other reasonably priced accommodations in Mykonos were taken. When I reached out to the hotel, I was told that they had informed ******* a week prior of the "relocation" (still completely unaccepatable). We ultimately found a fabulous family run hotel on the beautiful island of Tinos - Tinos Resort Hotel Luxury Suites - and we took a day trip into Mykonos. Although it worked out ultimately for my family, it is concerning that a hotel can cancel a reservation like this. It cost us hours of time, worry, and expense (we had already purchased ferries and local transport to and from Mykonos). It is important that reservations be honored.

Pretty view, but absolutely lousy accommodation. There is no hot water (maybe in summer but in April-May : nothing), It's dirty (dust, dirty dishes, insects even in the beds), the wifi doesn't work. Access to the beach or the port is a joke, good luck for athlets who want to do it by feet. And in addition the landlord is unpleasant. To flee !

J'avais réservé une chambre dans ce logement 5 mois avant pour 207 € la nuit. Le jour de mon arrivée, la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout à ma réservation ni aux photos. Elle se trouve au bout d'un couloir, n'a pas de fenêtre et sent le moisi. La salle de bain est sans fenêtre aussi. La propriétaire n'avait que cette chambre de disponible et j'ai eu beau lui montrer ma réservation avec les photos et lui dire que ce n'était pas ce que j'avais réservé, elle n'avait pas d'autre solution. Il m'était impossible de dormir dans cette chambre aveugle au prix exorbitant… J'ai dû trouver un autre hôtel à 20h ! J'ai lu par la suite qu'ils avaient arnaqué de nombreux clients comme moi. Ces propriétaires sont malhonnêtes, ils devraient être radiés de toutes les plateformes de réservation et le Ministère du tourisme grec devrait leur retirer leur agrément. Une honte !

Pas hôteliers : Pas professionnels dans leur communication (20 minutes d’attente pour le check-in sans aucune explication et sans nouvelles, le père du propriétaire vient nous donner les clés sans explication). On se retrouve dans un trou à rat sans fenêtre et extérieur… sauf que nous avions réservé avec extérieur et fenêtre. Propriétaire de mauvaise fois nous disant que l’appartement nous va mieux car plus grand lol Ce n’est que le lendemain qu’ils nous change d’appartement après bcp d’insistances de notre part car comprenez bien que cela les enmerdés ! Vaisselle sale comme les tiroirs ou les dessous de lits! Ménage fait par eux et sans une pincée de volonté. Usine à cash sans âme ni once de professionnalisme.

17/09/2022 una settimana in una stanza che non aveva nulla a che vedere con le foto del sito. Stanza sporca da polvere peli e insetti ovunque, condizionatore bloccato a 27 gradi quando funzionante con telecomando completamente distrutto, fonte luminosa sui comodini assente, mai effettuato cambio asciugamani, sul letto solo da un lenzuolo, il bagno sempre sporco e manopola dell acqua rotta rendendo difficoltosa la regolazione della temperatura dell'acqua e stoviglieria quasi inesistente. All'esterno vista mare completamente impedita da arbusti e galline e gatti liberamente sporcavano l'ingresso in camera.

Hôtel à fuir !!! Cet hôtel a annulé ma réservation 2h avant ma venue avec mes amis en plein mois d’août ! Sous prétexte qu’il y avait eu un changement de propriétaire. Nous les avons appelé et on prétexté ne jamais avoir eu de réservation à notre nom et d’appeler booking pour gérer le problème. C’est inadmissible ! Nous sommes arrivés à Mykonos sans logement à cause eux et nous avons perdu énormément d’argent je déconseille fortement de ne pas réserver cet hôtel qui sont des arnaqueurs et des profiteurs.

casa sporchissima appena arrivate, abbiamo chiesto di pulire perchè c’erano lenzuola e cuscini sporchi, ha cambiato una fodera su due, poi con disinvoltura è andata via, angoli di parete con ragnatele e tavolo pieno di polvere e insetti, infatti ci siamo rifiutate di tenerlo aperto. nei giorni seguenti abbiamo chiesto di pulire la stanza e ci ha cambiato solo le lenzuola, rimanendo pavimenti sporchi e comodini pieni di polvere. posto pessimo, si trova su salite non illuminate è molto ripide, sul sito c’era scritto che fosse a 500mt dal centro, ma in realtà è a un 1km e puoi spostarti solo con un mezzo di trasporto. Esperienza pessima in questo luogo, non ci andate.
