The hotel service was good when check in. All of the staffs (especially the girl staff) were good and friendly. The house keeping too. But, when I was about to check out, one of the staff said that I haven't pay my booking although his friend said that I have paid my booking when I was about to check in. A bad experience and probably won't rebook to this hotel because instead of saying sorry the staff still was in denial although he already saw the booking confirmation. He kept saying that it was the system who said that I haven't pay the booking. Don't know whether it was the system fault or his fault. But, the staff's way of response is totally unforgivable.

The bedroom is really nice and clean. The location is in front of a bus stop who have a night bus. The only negative point for me is there's any type of small frigo/fridge.

Hotel close to A8, Salzburg highway. Bus stop in front of hotel (do not trust Google, get off the bus at Dekan stop, Htl is directly on other side of street). Rooms are not too big, but sufficient, bathroom comfortable, some black spots in shower, perhaps bleaching would be helpful. Staff friendly and efficient. Try to get rooms on the yardside, they are calm.

Truly horrible internet and WiFi service! the free WiFi is a complete joke, it doesn't load anything, you can't do phone calls. So I updated to their so called high speed WiFi, it charged me 9.90 Euro per day and it was still extremely slow!! it's a fraud and infuriating. When I restarted my device, even the high speed service was gone and it asked me to pay again... horrible horrible WiFi service. The rest is ok, the room is clean and big enough and there is a supermarket across the street.

Location is okay, near the bus station and not far from U5. The hotel itself is pretty old and dusty, the rooms aren’t that great. The room doesn’t have AC, a kettle or a fridge.

It feels good and the front desk service is patient. I was also provided with a kettle to boil. In particular, the goods in a large supermarket next to it are very cheap, so cheap that I can't imagine that this is in Europe, only one-fifth of the price in Italy in Paris! Coke here only costs 0.5 euros! And so on for other foods. I really can't believe it! But it is real!

This is a hotel with both cons and pros. Let me talk about the disadvantages first, there are two main ones: one is that the location is remote, and it is near the road; the location is remote and you spend more time on the way to the city center, and the rooms near the road are very noisy. The second is that the facilities are too poor, the location of several sockets is very strange, the stool is still broken, and the room feels very bad. The advantage is that the hotel's breakfast is quite rich, including bread, pastries, ham, sausage, fruit... There are 5 kinds of juice alone, which is considered attentive.

Good hotel, there is a garage and a 24-hour mini shop at the reception, an Italian restaurant is nearby, and a supermarket with a pharmacy across the road, Thank you!!!

The hotel is outdated. It cannot be that there are no lamps to turn on the light. It is not good to have to look for a lamp and have to be connecting it every time we needed light. This detail must be changed urgently. The rest, correct, but expensive for what it is currently.

Because of language communication problems and charging problems, the attitude of the service staff is good, but language is a barrier to communication. There are supermarkets around, and it is a bit far from the city center

Hotel is right on a busy street! Therefore very loud! Otherwise everything was great!

The front desk service of the hotel is very timely, there is a supermarket nearby, and there is a bakery on the right hand side, the breakfast is very convenient
