Its very nice hotel, near airport and room is good condition, staff is helpful

The hotel was great. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room service was great and timely as well. Although i was there only for a day, i have no complaints from the hotel, everything from the food to their service is pretty spot on.

I regularly in hotel residency since last more than 10 years i always have great stay there food is good service is excellent the only thing is that they don't have socket for charging on bed side in club rooms

Location great near to t2. But not very easy approach road. Food. Satisfactory, great service amenities. Up to the mark. Suggestion is to improve upon bath showers, to be wall mounted or hand shower options. Secondly floorings can be anti skid rest is excellent property

Large and neat clean rooms, toilets. Great front desk staff. Very cooperative. Very good service. Highly recommend.

This hotel is exactly as it describes itself. Nothing fancy, but a clean escape from Mumbai. They give free water in the room that is safe for drinking. The AC was a bit strong (weird complaint I know), and the bathroom a bit tight. The street the hotel is on is great during the day, but we arrived around 1am and the view outside ***** with the constructions, unfortunately, means we wouldn't stay here again.

The toilets were not cleaned the spray pump was soiled with human excreta … room was smelly …. And there was no attendant… Avoid this hotel … on a positive side, the masala tea was good… Still AVOID

The variety of options on the menu was limited. It would be beneficial to expand the menu to cater to a wider range of preferences and dietary restrictions. This would enhance the overall dining experience for your customers. Additionally, i found the demeanor of the waitstaff to be lacking in politeness. Customer service is paramount in the hospitality industry, and i believe that ensuring all staff members are courteous and attentive to patrons is crucial for maintaining a positive reputation. Overall, while the food was okay, the limited options and lack of polite service detracted from the enjoyment of my meal. I hope you will consider this feedback constructively to enhance the experience for future diners. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The allocated at first was infested with cockroaches, stinking, dilapidated washroom & literally the room was falling apart from everywhere. Fell sick & we raised it to the reception immediately, post which they changed our room. The next room allocated had issues with the ac which they repaired & also issues in the washroom again with the shower. Next morning after raising it again with their senior team, our room once again got changed. We had an early morning flight & got back to our room late at night & had to deal with all this inconvenience past midnight. Such a disappointing experience wasn't really called for, causing us a lot of inconvenience. The breakfast was absolutely below average not good quality & stinking utensils!

Cleanliness was poor. The mattress was not good at all. Washroom was untidy. Breakfast was not tasty. Over all it was uncomfortable stay according to money charged.

Reception area was good. But rooms was not as per the prices. There was broken sofa lying in the room which can't be used for sitting. Bathroom was small, very less space. Overall room quality was as per the cost around 6500 + gst. Even the breakfast was not included. When i asked the staff about it, they told that season was high so no complimentary breakfast was included. The prices for the in-house restaurant were too high.

It was a really very nice experience staying in residency hotel. It is family friendly. The staffs were polite and helpful.

Found through MMT and it was really clean , Hygiene maintained and staff was very helpful… got our cab organised by them too … overall very good stay
