Terrible place, creepy staff. The photos don't look like a real room at all. Everything in the room was broken and all the woodwork was scuffed by life. And yes, you can say you will live in the basement. The location is also unfortunate. It is located in the charming surroundings of the Sakinaka slum. I don't recommend this place to anyone, as there are too many problems here.

Surprisingly very clean and tidy. The breakfast is simple but tastes good. Recommended for personal travellers.

On March 25, Mumbai celebrated the Holly Festival, it remains for 2 nights. According to Indian stamps, it is good. Friendly staff. comfortable!

Ethe contact provided had WhatsApp so it was easy to communicate! Even if I also called them prior my arrival’ I’d suggest that they arrange airport pickup though! Even for extra charge! Because I was scammed by the taxi *** on my way there!

For the rate it is good . To be honest the toilet and bath is very clean The daily room cleaning service could be better to do daily And the external working sofa need a changed

I liked everything! From the airport about 10 minutes by auto-rickshaw (and about 100 rupees). It’s not difficult to find, but taxi drivers don’t even know this place. There is a sign. Checked in promptly, really clean! The capsule is small, but everything is thought out and convenient! Clean bed and towels. Excellent Wi-Fi, plenty of power outlets. The next morning breakfast, simple but plentiful. On my day there was vegetarian pilaf with peanuts, flatbreads and tea/coffee. They will add extra if you ask. The capsules are quiet, you can get a good night's sleep. General air conditioning for several capsules is normal. There is a lot of inexpensive street food and fruit in the area! 10 minutes walk to the metro. The area is friendly. In general, for me it’s an excellent option. I recommend it and would come back myself!

Quite a decent hostel, the price matches 👆🏼 relatively clean.

It's a good space, beautiful but the room is dirty a very strong smell I was scratching myself the workers are very stupid, I paid for two days but I only managed to stay one night. Unfortunate.

AMAZING staff very clean and nice place. Has A/C and near many nice places. Fast check-in and amazing food

Food was so good , Guest corridor, guest rooms and washroom well maintained with cleaning and fragrance. Housekeeping service by employees was very good 👍 service in cafeteria also good. Front desk staff also very good and helpful but I wanted to highlight about a staff behaviour There was a front desk staff She is a lady her name is Ms. Lamiya she’s arrogant and behaviour was so bad she is talking very rudely with guest no respect I was standing on desk for a quarry and she’s talking to her friend she saw me but ignored like no one is there. I am very disappointed with her behaviour.

I recommend this hotel for solo travellers. It is located near metro and airport and the facility is also satisfactory. However, you should remember this hotel is the best under the budget.

It's not a good place for। Gentle *** like us, Staff Behaviour is too bad, Rooms are full of bad smell, damp, seapage in wall, leakage of ceiling in Bathroom, Charges too high,

I booked and payed for two nights but i checked out after first day, they did not change the bedding , stained curtains, horrible cafeteria.
