If you think the pictures on the website are bad, they are 100% better than reality. It looked better than the Ibis or B&B with more room and there were very slim pickings for some reason for our dates. But the place is extremely run down the Ibis would have been paradise. The bed and the couch sink in the toilet was broken, etc , etc. We made the night but left very early in the morning. Extremely depressing also to see all the residents sitting around. Will never consider one of this places again.

Hi, we had booked with the Zenao structure, 3 days before our arrival they cancelled our apartments, unreliable and incorrect, we were saved only thanks to booking, who found another solution giving us the difference in money, truly absurd, not reliable

Unfortunately, this Apart'hotel is not worth its 3 stars! 😑. I would only mention 4 very negative points: 1_ We had asked for a travel cot, it was indeed ONLY there, THERE WAS NO MATTRESS INSIDE. Instead, they gave us blankets and sheets but our son had to sleep on the iron bars!!!! However, I called back a few days before to confirm the travel cot, if he didn't have one, it wasn't a problem, we would have taken our own, but we had to be told! 😠 2_ during the Covid period, they didn't remove the used cardboard glass from the previous tenants, in the photo, the lipstick marks 🤮. It disgusted me. 3_ there is only one wine glass (balloon type) one cup, and disgusting cutlery! 4_ the shower curtain is literally moldy or very dirty. On the positive side: 1_ the warm welcome 2_ the calm of the residence 3_ ... ... I don't see, 🤔 In short, avoid, the images on the site are not contractual. Dit hotel is eigenlijk een bejaardentehuis, waar de kamers die niet bezet zijn door bejaarden verhuurd worden als hotelkamer. Je krijgt dus eigenlijk een ruime studio met keuken en badkamer. Ontbijt is buffet, maar je moet je ontbijt meenemen naar je kamer omdat in de ontbijtruimte de bejaarde mensen eten. Dat is geen probleem, ontbijt op het balkon van de kamer in de zon was perfect. Het hotel ligt heel centraal gelegen en heeft gratis parking, dus perfect!
