My favorite hotel in Trang. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Speaks very good English. Lobby and Rooms were perfectly clean. Beautiful lobby to relax and enjoy the quiet atmosphere. Bed was very comfortable. Shower Water was VERY clean. Best of the 8 hotels I stayed at in Trang. Perfect for wash hair and shower. Excellent location... close to the best coffee shops and restaurants. Only 5-minute drive to Robinsons mall. We will always stay here during our monthly trips to Trang.

The hotel is large in size and the view is good. I feel that the price/performance ratio is very good. I will set it again next time I visit trang

Full marks hotel, very local with Thai characteristics and excellent service

Small hotel perfect for staying near their farm. Their products are good. The cafe is very friendly. Our son had room to play in their large yard. It’s a little further from the city center but therefore super quiet. Breakfast not included as often and late in the morning (9am). We were in a room with a bunk bed, perfect for a family of three or four (with two children under 10 who can sleep at the top of the bed head to tail)

it is the 3rd time i stayed at this guesthouse and it is really the best in Asia. Why you ask me? first of all the host, Anne, is the most helpfull, kindest, politest host I have ever met. Thanks to her i witnessed some spectacular mountain, lake, island and sea views. i visited a really nice coffee plantation near Trang and ate the best Pandan (baiteuil) ever in my life. when she has the time, she will even bring u personally to a place. Second, the guesthouse is located near markets, good restaurants, train station, temples, pagoda and Muay Thai school. Third, the rooms are spacious, clean and finished with high quality materials and have a really comfortable bed. There is free coffee, water, fruits and sometimes home made cake (thanks to her mom). book directly and get a discount !!!!

This is our 5th stop here, and no complaints from us. I note a review here from a lady from Seattle who's used to staying at Hilton's or Hyatt's or the Shangri-la. I too stay at those hotels on occasion and can certainly recommend the Shangri-la in Bangkok, but the Rimnatee isnt a 5* hotel, it's a budget hotel, and it needn't and shouldn't be judged by those standards. The Rimnatee is a charming and we'll designed hotel with parking alongside the spacious bungalow rooms. While it isn't far from a main road it is quiet and yes, you do require transportation to get into Trang, or to the restaurants. The rooms are a good size, clean and tidy. And the towels clean and well laundered. There is indeed a towel each, but if you need more you can ask. If you are staying more than a day then the towels are replaced each day. Our last stay was 4 days and this I recall.vAs for ants, we haven't come across any, but they are here. And if I do find them I don't blame the staff. They are ubiquitous. I recommend anyone, and certainly anyone with children to stay here. You won't regret it The staff are lovely, and helpful. I don't speak Thai. But I try, and they'll speak English easily. As for breakfast. I've had better, but it's sufficient: cereals, eggs and chicken sausages etc. Toast and fruit, coffee and tea. The swimming pool is great. There aren't too many budget hotels with pools so put that down as a plus We'll be back.
