I can't possibly express how extraordinary this property and its staff are.. I took a big gamble and placed 6 of our business team here over a conference week even though it was a brand newly rolled out hotel and ****** (which can be problematic typically until they can smooth things out with a bit of time under their belts) but not here! From the very moment we arrived we have been treated like VVIPs in every single way by each and every staff member across the board starting with extraordinary automatic upgrades for our entire team by the utterly charming front desk clerks to absolutely beautifully appointed two room Royal Suites with fantastic views of The ***** and Sphere. The location for anyone attending the Convention Center is one of the best possible placements on the entire ***** and is an easy convenient walk back and forth. The ****** is one of the nicest that we have ever gambled in with gorgeous custom made and super comfortable table seating (just 5 to a blackjack table vs being crammed with 6) with high caliber dealers and pit bosses. The dining options are absolutely first class and exceed expectations in every way with an incredibly varied selection of options that did not disappoint a single time throughout our weeklong stay. Dons Prime stands out as not only the best steakhouse experience in Las Vegas but was voted by our group as one of the top ten restaurants we had all dined in EVER (and that's a high bar with this well traveled group)... Even the food court was exceptional with fantastic made to order bagel sandwiches in the mornings and fabulous pizza as a quick afternoon snack. The cocktail staff was also some of the best that we have experienced as well .. Special mentions go to the lovely lovely ladies at the utterly stunning Bleau Bar positioned at the epicenter of the ******. The girls that assist you with finding a table at this bar go above and beyond to accommodate in even the most hectic of circumstances and work really hard to stay on top of the table turns to move patrons through swiftly and flawlessly to make way for new guests. We experienced them twice and were blown away by how hard they worked to secure lovely seating for our group both times. I truly can't say enough good about this entire experience and we are now firm converts from our previous favorite Aria and are now 100% Team Fontainebleau any time we are in Vegas. Can't wait to return ! Well done on what had to be one very difficult road to get open and staffed to such a flawless effect.

Hotel compound is huge and there's a ****** right at the hotel. Food options were amazing, you could basically settle most meals in the hotel without travelling out. It is also connected to another mall/hotel, so plenty of options around. Room is huge and clean, and you get certain resort dollars to offset your dining spend during your stay.

Excellent location! Chose this hotel as it was one of the dropoff location for airport shuttles and Grand Canyon tour 👍
Beside Mirage and opp Venetian. So convenient!
Paid extra for a room with strip view. Checked in and realised the view was blocked by the advertisement banner (refer pic 2) even though the checkin staff told us our room had a fantastic view. 😓 Was quite upset and husband suggested changing room. So i called reception and they told us to head down for a room change. Showed them the blocked view (refer pic 1) and they changed the room immediately 👏
Room was clean with dated furnishings. Bathroom slippers not provided so pls bring your own.

Location of the property is great, right next to Hermes and other high end shops. Museum of Illusion and Arte Museum are right outside the ******/hotel. Unfortunately their gym hours were modified during holiday season, yet, we will still charged the full resort fee amount. We had a really great time. It was just me and my 12 year old daughter for a little staycation. There were a little things here and there and I’m not trying to be a Karen. The tall lamp near the window didn’t work. There were fingerprints on the windows, there was dust everywhere. The mattress was not that comfortable. It seems very stiff to me however, it’s probably because I’m used to my premium mattress at home . I woke up with an extremely sore back . They have a coffee machine there for you to use and they put water next to it but they want you to pay three dollars to use that water to make your coffee which doesn’t make sense and then when I asked the maid down the hall if you have the small little bottles of the Aliante Water. (which were placed in a previous room when I stay there a month ago.) they said no there’s the life water there for you to use- again three dollars. Yes I guess I could go to the bathroom sink and use bathroom water to make my coffee.
then of course the pool -we get downstairs to go in the pool and the water was so cold. My daughter refused to go in it., the reason why we booked a staycation was to have a nice pool day before it started getting cooler in Vegas. Like it wasn’t heated at all. We ended up staying in the Jacuzzi spa the entire time. And it’s funny because I noticed everyone that showed up that day to use the pool took a step in the pool and took a step right out of the pool and looked around like this is absolutely freezing and there was hardly anybody in the pool—I’m sure it ruined a lot of peoples day.
Other than those minor little issues we had a really great time. The food at FARM was really great, my daughter loved the robot bringing us the food. And they make really good freshly made chocolate chip cookies ❤️

My favorite hotel on the *****! Got the best pools for any mood you’re in. So many different restaurant options and definitely one of my favorite, Amalfi. Their lobby bar is the perfect place to chill and enjoy the vibe. The best is the view from the rooms overlooking the fountain and Paris. Rooms are always clean and service is great.

The room looks a little dated albeit clean and cosy. It is also very spacious as you can see from the photos. However, there were no bottled water and toothbrushes / toothpaste provided. Bathroom slippers and shampoo / conditioner / body wash were available though.
Location wise, it is located towards the end of the trip so it’s not the most convenient when exploring the *****, but Palazzo itself has its beautiful Grand Canal Shoppes as well as a Walgreens so it is not all that bad either.
Parking was great, no fuss and plenty of lots available.
Overall, a great experience at Palazzo! Absolutely worth the money.

This is one of the most confusing, poorly signed hotels I've ever been to. Vegas is a busy place and there's so much confusion as to where to go, which section your room is in, and how to get to the parking. The parking is like a maze of poorly signed confusion. The staff are also overwhelmed and don't always have time to help you properly. No room cleaning unless you specifically request it. The one good thing is its location North ***** opposite Ceasers Palace which has better signage and isn't as confusing.

EEvian_LuteIt was my first time booking with The Venetian Resort these few days. Checking in was very smooth even though they were busy with everything was efficiency. Our room of double queen bed was spacious and clean, nice room view and a special shoutout to housekeeping who did very well. The hotel provided free and speed Wi-Fi. Fast and efficient service upon some special request. Easy for self-parking inside the hotel. It is a convenient walk from the hotel to the Las Vegas ***** instead of driving out. The unsatisfied was that the hotel room didn't free water bottles for customers.

GGuest UserProbably the most beautiful, well appointed property I've ever stayed in. Every detail here is high-end but not pretentious. The rooms are big and comfortable, the restaurants are amazing including a great food hall with lots of regional choices. Not to sound like a broken record but the pool is likely the best pool I've ever been to; so beautiful, with a calm ambiance. Lastly, the staff, without exception, is friendly and helpful. I'd completely recommend staying here.
EExpatMade my annual visit back to the US, and this hotel was in the middle of where I needed to be. Once the former Lucky Dragon which did not have proper permits at the time, it seems that Ahearn family is utilizing the space as good multi-purpose. They ventured into a steakhouse, cafe eatery, chocolatiers, a performance dinner theater, and conference venue. The hotel rooms are comfortable, and the staff is quite friendly and professional. The lobby bar closes quite early but The Mint and Golden Steer are next-door, which brings in a lot of locals. I did not try the steakhouse in the hotel, though it’s definitely a solid venue in appearance. There are shopping plazas down the street, but there’s no microwave in the room. There’s not really a point to buy anything to cook. Food is available within the hotel during their opening times, and their breakfast is of a simple yet filling choice of three. I got the avocado three straight days in a row. Mimosas and Espressos blend well with bar options. One of the security guards gave me the background of their conference venue. I was able to buy some books from the very small gift shop. My suggestion is the gift shop can up a notch. I didn’t really use the pool, but the space itself is nice because it’s shaded a good chunk of the day. The position of my own room allowed me to turn the air conditioner off. All the toiletries are in the room, and the housekeeping staff is accommodating if you need anything. I stayed here and the Jockey Club within the first week of the visit, and both hotels are within the same price range despite different locations. Definitely the most logical place to stay if visiting local friends, as I do so on Burner Mondays at The Phoenix. Ahearn has a comedy, singing, and magic show offered with their room. The classic cars near the front lobby were really nice to see. Great job so far, and I look forward to seeing what else they implement there for my next visit.

TTarazakiGood accommodation location in the middle of the ***** .This makes it easy to walk to other hotels, but the disadvantage of the hotel is that there is no refrigerator, but there is an ice maker and a beverage dispenser in the hotel corridor on every floor. Depositing your luggage after checking out of the hotel is quick, but the downside is that the waiter who collects the luggage asks for a tip both when dropping off the bag and when collecting the bag back.

GGuest UserThe room is clean. I asked for a daily clean-up, and the room was cleaned up every day; of course, tips are expected. I booked a ***** view room. I could see the Ceaser Hotel right in front of my big window. The downside of having such a ***** view room is ”disco” noise all night long. I stayed on the 12th floor, but I was woken up by the music every night many times per night. There is no coffee pot as expected. A mini fridge is very cold, enough to keep ”drinks”.
Check-in is about 30 mins on the line, the check-in procedures are quick, about 10 mins. I did not use the check-kiosk to do self-check-in. I used the self-checkout kiosk and it was quick.
The location is at the center of the *****. Very convenient to get everywhere. Food and restaurants are plenty around the hotel.
Please note that if you stay in any hotel on the ***** with ******, you will have to pay additional tax on top of the room rate.

EExpatStayed an extra night for a second reservation. It was convenient to be down there and decided to stay longer because of the annual all summer pub crawl of Santa’s. This was the first meeting spot for the evening. It’s an easy walk back down Fremont because you can see the plaza the entire way. Things to improve on are simply the amount of days in the room and the cleanliness of the A/C-Windows.
