Mountain View Hotels in Islamabad

It is absolutely right to choose Marriott when you come to Islamabad. The hotel environment is very quiet, and the attitude and standard of the service staff are very good. When you go from the hotel to the airport, you can ask the hotel to help arrange pick-up, and the service is really good.

The Hotel is Majestic, the traditional ambience and the design was very welcoming. Our room was clean and comfy with complimentary drinks like soft drinks. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of local dishes. Overall, we were glad to have booked Serena Hotel for our first time in Islamabad.

After landing yesterday, I looked at several platforms and finally chose this store. I thought the owner was quite nice. So I am here to evaluate it specifically. The first point: be careful (After placing the order, the store owner called me back immediately to confirm the order information and check-in time. Hearing that I was coming by plane, he roughly determined the pick-up time with me. Super nice) Point 2: Patience (After landing, the boss came to pick me up immediately and immediately asked to take my luggage because I had a lot of luggage. In the end, the boss was very gentlemanly and helped me take my luggage, which was super nice) The third point: the hardware facilities are very good. When we were picked up, a particularly clean business car was arranged to take us back to the hotel. Islamabad is really hot. I was sweating immediately after landing. Of course I had to take a shower immediately after returning to the hotel. The room was fully equipped with disposable items. The bedding has been tested with UV light and is quite clean. Definitely replace it often. The toiletries are all branded, not random brands, and they are quite good. Remarkable Point 4: The ticket the boss gave me was much higher than the ticket at our airport. UnionPay cards cannot be used here. Saved us a lot of time and money. Point 5: The journey from the airport to the hotel felt very chaotic. It was not until I arrived at this hotel that I felt particularly safe and at ease. After asking the boss, he told us that this is equivalent to a wealthy area. After observing the police in the hotel, it was indeed quite safe. There were three or four of them. It feels very safe and secure Sixth: The network here is very poor. The hotel WIFI is very good. It’s no problem to post videos on Xiaohongshu. nice Seventh: It is very close to Chinese supermarkets and local big cities, about five minutes away. I actually saw Huawei’s Pakistan headquarters Eighth: The hotel provides three meals. Surprisingly the chef is Chinese. That's great. Love Chinese food All in all, highly recommended, family members. I stayed here for about a week with a colleague. We were on an official trip and needed a secure plus good-service place. Services: I must appreciate the staff for their great service and hospitality. The breakfast had good variety. The breakfast coffee isn’t good but the one you pay for is creamy and frothy. You can either ask for ironing service or can just ask for iron board and do it yourself. Location: The nearest market is Kohsar which is 10 mins walk away. But the plus point of this location is a very close-by walking track and that it’s very close to all major hotels and business centres. For business stays, it’s perfect. Ambience: Now coming to negative points: the guesthouse is in serious need of renovation. The sheets were old and paled. The bathroom tiles were fading. Room view: The second negative point is room view. If you’re someone who care for room views like me, you’d be disappointed.

The hotel service is very good and the price is very good. When I stayed at the hotel, it happened to be my birthday. The hotel specially prepared a birthday cake. If I hadn’t seen the surprise given by the hotel, I would have forgotten that it was my birthday. I was very touched, especially for us who have been traveling abroad for a long time. I think the biggest asset of this hotel is the neighborhood of many important offices and institutions. From this, probably different officials often visit here? The best years are definitely behind. Rooms renovated but everything is poisoned by the mouse. The only plus large metras. Breakfast in buffet form with a lot of choice but under local customers. Free wifi is more likely everywhere, with this hotel class, is also in standard.Definitely at this price I do not recommend.

I booked this hotel at last minute and in the early hours of the morning, when the hotel I had originally booked had an issue. Despite the hour the gentleman I spoke to on reception was very welcoming and friendly. He was able to provide me with Room 403 which was positioned at the rear of the hotel. My first impressions of the room were good. It was immaculately clean and had air conditioning and bottled water provided. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were of a reasonable standard. The room was of a good size and had good wifi. My room had no view to speak of but the rooms situated at the front of the hotel do have a view. The lighting was good in the room but without the lights it seemed quite dark. All the staff are the hotel were delightful and were eager to please you as a guest. I was particularly impressed with house keeping. They really were friendly, very efficient and their attention to detail excellent. They provided a lovely buffet breakfast each morning which gave a good choice of food items. It was all well presented. The hotel is situated in a great location. It is the Blue Area, Sector F9 which is a great area of Islamabad. The hotel has plenty of parking and is situated adjacent to a main road and opposite parkland. It is within easy walking distance of a shopping centre and restaurants and cafes. The one observation I had was that some areas of the hotel in my opinion have been modernised while other areas just still seem a little dated. As much as my stay was very comfortable, the hotel is not cheap and I feel it now needs to compete with much more modern hotels in the area, that have a similar price point.

This is a lovely hotel in a nice quiet location, nearby are cafes, restaurants and shops. We received a warm welcome , had to pay extra to check in early, but that’s normal. The room itself was spacious with ample wardrobe space, lovely super kingsize, comfortable bed. The room also had a fridge. The en-suite was also a good size. On arrival the room was very clean. But that’s where it finished! Housekeeping was nonexistent, bins weren’t emptied, toiletries and toilet paper wasn’t replaced, unless you asked, towels weren’t changed , unless you asked! There was a menu for breakfast and dinner but it was room service only, lucky for us we were in the annex and was a communal area we could eat a lovely breakfast, but in the main part of the hotel there was a dining room, don’t understand why that couldn’t be used? Breakfast was cooked to order and was very nice. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. When the problems I’ve mentioned are resolved this hotel will be very good!
