В номере трудно найти что-то что не сломано. Дверь в туалет не закрывается, лампочка мигает, чайник сломан. Но самое главное - матрас такой, что ваше тело будет чувствовать каждую пружину. Это ужасно! Заселялся а 22 часа, но номер не был готов. Попросил дать другой номер, сказали, что нет свободных, но на букинге был люкс и супер люкс.

Ужасно грязный отель,не советую,Постель вся старая,на матрасе торчат пружины и следы мочи,обещали заменить,но так и не заменили.При заселении в 19.00 номер был не подготовлен,фото не соответствует реальности,мы забронировали 44 кВ,нас заселили в 30 кВ,а возможности искать другой отель не было,так как со мной была больная мама
