Surfside on the Beach
4/529 Reviews
We stayed in a second story three bedroom apartment ,it was equipt with everything even kids games and cards . The rooms were spacious ,master bedroom with on suite overlooking the grounds and a twinkle of the sea .The living area had the same views. Each unit privately owned so the furnishings would be different . Our were little tired but comfy and fine ,It depends on what you are expecting . The only down side is that Surfside is divided in three only one section has a lift and it is a little quite scary lift that can break down with too much movement. We used it . We loved our stay and would recommend
Northpoint Holiday Apartments

I would like to use it if I have a visit next time. Convenient location to go. The room was not a problem in particular. I was impressed with the polite response.
Ocean Boulevard
3.9/57 Reviews
I stayed 3 nights. Yes, it had ocean views but the main road out front was noisy and so were my neighbours. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well- supplied with crockery and cutlery, but the dish sponge had old food caked on it (and was half of a full dish sponge someone had cut in half 🙄). The kitchen ceiling looked like there had been a fire at some point and the black marks had been hastily painted over. Two bath towels and a bath mat were supplied and that was all - no hand towels or face washers. The bathroom was basic and tired, like the rest of the apartment, but the shower was good. The air con worked. The wall clock that had no battery in it so the hands were permanently stuck on 1.40 said it all, really.
84 The Spit Holiday Apartments
4.5/565 Reviews
Best place I have stayed at in Mooloolaba and I have stayed at more than a few. It is beach side, close to everything with spectacular views, from the level I was staying on. I was traveling solo for the first time and a little unsettled, then I came across the hosts Ray and Lynlea, on check-in. They were welcoming and easy to talk to and I immediately felt comfortable. During my stay I made some requests and was so pleased at the ease with how it was managed. It is so refreshing, in the tourism industry to encounter these professional and genuine staff/managers. They know their stuff, so thank you. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at 84 The Spit. It couldn't have gone better.
Mandolin Beachfront Resort
4.2/519 Reviews
The staff were excellent. Pearl on the phone, Ruby on the reception and property manager Cat were all first class. We stayed two nights on the 10th floor facing south and we loved it so much we stayed another five nights on the 9th floor facing north. Both apartments were renovated to different degrees but both immaculately clean and fresh. The views spectacular! Both apartments were 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms. Both had a full kitchen with all the cutlery, crockery and utensils you might need. Beds were all comfortable. The outdoor facilities at this resort are excellent. A large heated pool and a heated children’s pool too. Large extensive BBQ area with plenty of seating under cover. A full sized tennis court and a mini golf course on site were well utilised during our stay. There is a great Vietnamese restaurant at the front of the property (on the street) and we ate there several times. The staff were lovely and the food was excellent. We also at at the Alex Surf Club opposite the Mandolin with easy access by pedestrian crossing with traffic lights. At the back of the surf club there is a cafe which is perfect for an early morning coffee and light breakfast. Coles Mooloolaba is a five minute drive away. Also nearby is Sealife and The Ginger Factory which we all enjoyed. Australia Zoo is also an easy drive. We have booked to return in March 2025, can’t wait, we had a great visit October 2024.
Landmark Resort & Spa Mooloolaba
4.2/5103 Reviews
We have been to the Sunny Coast a few times. Mostly staying at Alexandra Headland. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Landmark it is so close to everything. We had nice walks on the beach. Restaurants downstairs with views of the beach. We had a roof top Spa. Next time we will do a Bbq as Woolies is just around the corner to buy provisions. Our room was a little ’tired’ but views of the glass house mountains made up for that. We will be back.
