Very close to downtown Monterey and close to various attractions. It's just that the refrigerator in the room is too noisy at night, but everything else is fine.

Best Western brand mid-economy hotel. The receptionist has a bad attitude and is not friendly to Chinese people. There are several hotels around to choose from.

Very good, very close to the beach

Not bad. Parking is convenient.

Outside areas (parking lot, spa/pool, hotel exterior) could use maintenance. Beds were too firm for our liking, but others might like. Air conditioner in our room didn’t work. Free breakfast was very good.

Property was approximately 15 minutes way from the shopping mall. Parking was limited and the room had a weird smell. Other than that it was decent.

Our stay was great. The room was just what we needed. They even honored our request for 2 adjacent rooms. My only complain was the parking, or the lack or parking.

Room was pretty clean and spacious. Bedding was soft and the AC blows ice cold. Parking stalls are really close to the units - liked it. They had breakfast but the room was very small and not enough space to get around, especially when people are sitting inside eating.

My stay was great, the staff was friendly, room comfortable and quiet, and I really liked the breakfast. The hot tub was not working!! A major reason for me booking hotels.

Great location. Walking distance to everything. The only downside was the heating unit and fridge were a bit noisy, especially for the night sleep. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Can hear neighbors as if they are in your room. When I called, they said pool was open year-round, but pool was freezing and hot tub was as warm as the pool should’ve been, and hot tub jets didn’t work. Bathroom had a broken window that led to an alley. Staff was super nice, but I wouldn’t stay again. I didn’t feel safe, so it made it hard to sleep.

Great place, easy access to everwhere. Good size rooms and recently refurbished, and done well.

It’s was an over night say. It’s an older hotel that’s been updated with hardwood floors, crown molding, sink mirror. Beds were comfortable.
