Amazing experience! If you ask will i be back at the same resort .... My response is yea mon haha. The food was amazing and I love the fact I had access to multiple resorts. If you book, make sure you attend the Foam party and the All white Party. It was fun.

The Staff was amazing everywhere you went. The entertainment was good.
The property was having work done so it was a bit noisy in areas. My shower had cracked glass and the moldings and baseboards in the bathroom were dirty. Some smell on the first floor.
Food offerings were good a little salty and sugary in some cases ie; sugar in the corned beef hash. No Pepper Sauce available anywhere. We are in Jamaica! We were a group of 8 so making dinner reservations for the restaurants was a bit much for us to do to be seated together and on line with spotty wifi. With attention to detail it could be top notch.

It was worth what I paid for. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Elevator didn't work but atleast the second elevator was working. Food was good. I enjoyed being able to walk to the sister Rius.

This is my second stay at a Riu resort. The staff was very friendly and entertaining. I felt like the staff kind of “pressured” the guests to participate in the poolside games and activities. But it’s all in good fun and everyone was respectful. The pool was nice and clean. The swim-up bar was well run. But the poolside drink service was a bit slow. The food at the buffet was very good and there were many different varieties. But there were too many “off the wall” selections that didn’t fit my basic food preferences. So, I’d say about 1/2 the buffet appealed to my taste buds. The fruit, salad bar, and dessert selections were wonderful. They say the dining reservations fill up quickly. But every time we walked by, nearly 1/2 the tables (or more) were always empty. We didn’t make any reservations this time. But we met some friends on our visit that said they didn’t care for the reserved dining experience and the food was no better than the buffet. The rooms were okay. Very clean and well kept. However, the furniture seemed outdated and rickety. Room service was wonderful and the fridge was always well stocked. The nighttime activities fell short. The trivia night was a bust as the questions all centered around the Riu Resorts chain. (We walked out after about 10 questions so we cannot say if the questions changed). Karaoke night was fun. The “silent dance party” was downright awkward and embarrassing.

The employees that work the bar areas were not friendly like the RIU in Cabo. There were a few great ones, Archer being the stand out! They others you could barely get their attention or they never said a work. Their tips could’ve been so much higher if they just would’ve had a little more personality. Other than that, the resort was a phenomenal.

Great property to stay at. Staff and food options were top notch!! The rooms were a little dated but very clean. My only recommendation would be not to book through *******. Transportation to and from the resort was vague and I was sent all around finding my bus. They did not book my return bus to the airport with enough time to go through check in process and were not able to secure another one so I had to find my own transporation.

This is my first time staying on a resort in Jamaica, I usually go home to family but I just wanted to relax. The Riu palace Jamaica was amazing! The front seat staff, housekeeping, mini bar refreshers, dining staff, entertainment staff, bartenders, everyone was amazing! Nicki at the dining area made my experience super amazing there was also a guy who works the night shift name begins with a “C” and he has an amazing singing voice….. they made my dining experience amazing Nicki during the day and the gentleman at night. I only encountered ONE rude person on the resort and it was a girl at the cocktail cart right outside the lobby her attitude was disgusting. I understand people from all over come to the resort but I wish they had a wider variety and more authentic Jamaican food. Show the people who come to Jamaica how tasty our food is! I wanted ackee and saltfish for breakfast, callaloo, saltfish. I wanted chicken soup, fish tea, conch soup and more I had to go OFF the resort for authentic Jamaican food. My ocean view junior suite did have a small view of the ocean from a distance but was overlooking the pools and restaurants I would change the description of those rooms to avoid negative reviews. My entire experience was amazing this was a solo trip but I will be back with friends nxt time!!

I love this resort. I enjoyed the jet tub and the spacious shower. The room was cool and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.
