Excellent location for Moab. Room was very large and well laid out. Hotel is in nice condition and fairly updated, but needs a little better cleaning. Shower tracks and corners needed bleaching and better cleaning. Otherwise, room was very nice and clean. Easy parking but limited. Breakfast was very limited for a Hilton property, so good thing is there are two really good places for breakfast right across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

This stay was magical. We had such a wonderful stay at the Casitas. It was absolutely perfect for our little family. We were able to cook dinner and bake cookies in our kitchen while playing games, watching movies and just relaxing. It was so comfortable in the casitas that we almost failed to make it into the national parks, our main purpose for visiting Moab. The staff was super kind and accommodating and made our stay extra special. Truly, we made an excellent memory with our family and were so glad we picked the Casitas at the Hoodoo Moab for our lodging. I would 100% go back and recommend anyone staying in Moab to stay at the casitas. A special shout out to Lisa Knight, General Manager who runs a wonderful hotel. We can tell that all the details are being looked at and the staff are all incredibly trained.

This hotel is nice, we were just passing through Moab for 1 night. The rooms are good, clean, and beds feel comfortable. But our room (2 queen beds) was a bit on the small side, so although I’d recommend this hotel to most travelers, I’d think twice if you have a bunch of hiking gear. Also the showers could be bigger too and the decoration is drab. But staff is very courteous & helpful. The location is convenient, a straight shot, short drive into the town center. There’s no gym but the pool and hot tub are good enough

This hotel is very good, up to 10 minutes drive from Arches Park, suitable for getting up early or going to Arches Park in the evening, after all, it is too sun during the day. The room was large, very clean, the service staff was very nice, including breakfast, although there were not many things, but basically complete. It is about 10 minutes drive from the town. There are many restaurants in the town and large supermarkets. It is highly recommended.

HharrisjohnGreat place in Moab. Very clean, comfortable bed, good shower overall and an excellent stay
CCarstenOverall, the hotel makes a very nice and clean impression.
However, there are clear weaknesses in the commercial processing. I booked and paid for the room via your platform.
After completing the booking, I received an email asking me to check in online. As part of the check-in process, I provided my credit card details.
Immediately after the online check-in, my credit card was charged with an amount of approx. 180.00 €.
This procedure initially seemed unusual to me, as the room had already been paid for and the hotel already knew my card details.
After checking in at the hotel, a further booking of €162.27 was charged to my card.
I informed the hotel reception about this and they assured me that these two reserved amounts would be released after check-out.
The first reserved amount was released a few days after check-out, but the second was not.
On August 26, 2024, my card was debited with €80.93 and on the same day €80.43 was credited again.
The result is that my card is still charged today, eleven days after check out, with a reservation of approximately $180.00.
I am surprised about such a behavior and have asked the hotel to explain the reasons for the charges on my card.
I have already complained to Wyndham and asked the hotel to ensure that the amount -still reserved on my card- is now quickly released.
GGuest UserUpon our arrival, we were asked by the lady named Jenna in the front desk if it was ok to switch from King bed room to two-queen bed room. We responded that we prefer to have the king bed room that one we had reserved. She gave us room number 212, but we got to the room and tried the key, we noticed it was occupied and the guy in the room wasn’t happy we disturbed him. We came back to the front desk and told her that room 212 was occupied, she then gave us room number 330, and never said she was sorry for the mistake or anything like that at all. As soon as we opened room number 330, we realized it was 2-queen-bed room! I called the front desk and she said there wasn’t any king-bed room available. She knew we had reserved a king-bed, but she didn’t say she was giving us a 2-queen-bed when she gave us room 330. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience with the front desk lady. Hope she gets the training she needs to improve.
JJeepgirl7320We spent 5 days here for our off roading with our Jeep and visits to Arches , Canyonlands NP and Dead Horse State park. Every front desk person was friendly, helpful and informative, shout out to Marcos, Vinny, the 2 younger gals with dinner suggestions and the breakfast attendants! Nice sized room, good toiletries, bed was a bit uncomfortable and they were able to rectify that without us having to move. We filled out a slip for necessities needed and hung on our door by 9 am, worked out well and they will make up room if requested. 2 washers and dryers that run at $2.50 each, I bought a roll of quarters from Vinny, started laundry at 6:30 AM because evenings were usually occupied. Coffee is available all day in the atrium which was much appreciated especially after coming back in around 3-4 in the afternoon and needing a pick me up. Lemon water was also available. Toiletries were squeeze bottles in the shower and lotion by the sink, very dry out there so I was glad to have the lotion as I would have run out of mine! Fridge, no freezer, microwave, nice sofa with chaise lounger in our king room. Plenty of room to spread out in, did walk about 6-10 blocks at night for dinner, as this hotel is on the main drag but not right downtown. Less than 10 minutes to Arches entry. Would stay again.
GGuest UserI am an IHG diamond member meaning I stay here and at other holiday inn a lot...over 1000 nights. So I know how things should and should not be. THIS MOAB HOLIDAY INN IS SCRAPING THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL with its employees and service, safety. Food and clenlieness. The checked in and Dominic could not find my reservation even though I made it online through IHG site and provided him the confirmation number.. After some 15 minutes he finally found my reservation and gave me keys to room 350.. With then walked across the hotel with our luggage on the start luggage only to try our keys multiple times and they would not work. When we returned to the front desk and came back with fresh keys only to find they still didn't work.. As I'm rattling the door and playing with the lock till my surprise the door opened With a very very upset man wondering why we were trying to break into his room.. 60 minutes later they they had us in our room. 3 times their key system failed and we would have to go back yet again for new keys. Breakfast was out of food and we didn't have time to wait for more.. I asked for a 2 o'clock diamond elite late the elite light check out which they said they could not do because they were at full capacity tomorrow. This is a lie because I went on as if I were booking 30 rooms and it showed them all available. Not once did Dominic. There were no towels in the pool area yeah and the carpet throughout the hotel is all ripped up and frayed afraid. Last time we came here in the Spring the Spring the pools were ice cold and they did not turn on their fire feathere are fire features. Obviously this hotel this hotel needs new management and a refresh. More than anything that needs management management that will train employees or please or hold them accountable I tried to reach general manager throughout my stay but they said she was not in. There are a lot of other new and nice hotels we have nice hotels here in Moab ,I suggest you check them out for a better experience for experience. The poor person who was asleep in room 350 had us wake him up when we were given his room...then a little later at 1040:pm had the front desk call him playing 20 questions of who are you. Dever felt with cor clueless front desk help with little desire or knowledge to solve a problem. My family waited in the hall and then down to the lobby for the 60 minutes it took them to check me in. Aggrivating
Agree with the last reviewer. Parking lot of RVs. Got to room, bathroom not cleaned, other people’s hair in shower. Faucet broken in bathroom. Bathroom barn door isn’t level so door doesn’t stay closed. A/C loud. No bedside lamp. Fragrance diffusers so strong they make you nauseous. Tiny room with bed and basically no where to walk or place luggage. Doors so loud that you wake up every time a neighbor comes or goes. Biggest pet peeve - no pillow cases on two of four bed pillows. Had to ask for room to be serviced next morning which I realize is becoming more of a norm but still missing pillowcases and random hair in shower after being serviced. I realize this isn’t a luxury hotel and don’t have high expectations but this was rough. Nicest thing I can say is that the staff was polite. The breakfast area bright and well attended.
吸吸不冻Huangshi went to the arch for a night, the hotel was very clean, the front desk was very warm, and it contained a simple American breakfast. It was enough to have a meal. There was Damei Le at the door, but at 10:00, Subway was open all night.
GGuest UserThe breakfast was good and there was a refreshment all day. The equipment is available, the rooms are medium in size and warmly furnished. It is close to the Arches National Park and is convenient for travel. Also nearby are the city market and the Sichuan restaurant.
