The hotel is near the prefectural office, and there is also a prefectural office bus stop, and the bus can take a lot, so it seems to be a place that is not inconvenient. Stanze leggermente più grandi dello standard giapponese. hotel dagli interni eleganti e relativamente recenti, camere con buona dotazione generale. la posizione è ottimale per la prossimità alla stazione. come pressochè sempre in Giappone, pulizia ineccepibile. Ho tolto una stella a causa della colazione, che davvero non mi è piaciuta. Non tanto per la varietà/quantità, quanto per la qualità generale. Non ho apprezzato particolarmente il fatto di dover pagare l'accesso alla palestra, ma deduco che ci siano delle ragioni commerciali per questo.

I stayed for two nights. The room was clean and comfortable. My room faced the Sakuragawa River, so the view was nice. If you go straight down the road in front of the hotel, you will reach Senba Park, and you can also walk to Sakasagawa Green Space, so it was a great place for a walk. In business, I hit it. The building is new, the interior is beautiful, and it is definitely the best hotel in the hotel around this station. Of course, the price is higher than the surrounding hotel, but it is a convincing price. Breakfast is also delicious and the lobby is even a pot of saza coffee. It was my first time to have a container hotel, but it was more comfortable than I expected. It was very nice to be quiet because there is no next door or above. It is also a nice service to have a microwave oven and a large refrigerated freezer in the room.

ひたちなか海浜公園のコキアの紅葉見物の際に宿泊しました。 立地 アクセスはタクシーなので大洗でも市街から外れた分、海浜公園からは近かったです。海が近く潮騒の音も部屋から聞こえますが、ホテルは道路を挟んだ少し高台にあり松林に囲まれてます。水族館アクアワールドへは徒歩3分と至近ですが、ホテル下の交差点を渡る分（信号切り替えがゆっくり）実際はもう少しかかります。とにかく近いので当日折しも雨でしたが、車椅子同行者有りでもタクシーを呼ぶことも無く徒歩で難なく到達出来ました。マイカーの場合、ホテルに駐車したまま水族館へ行くのもOKみたいです。散歩がてら那珂川を渡れば那珂湊のおさかな市場も徒歩圏内です。 料金 コキア紅葉期間中の週末なせいか平素より高め設定でした。条件があったので宿の候補が少ないせいもあり、他よりはまだ安めだったので選択しました。この界隈のホテルは平日と土曜日の乖離が大きく感じます。 チェックイン 予約後スマートチェックインの案内がメールで届くも宿泊者情報を入力出来ませんでした。その旨を事前に確認したところフロントでも対応出来ますとの回答だったので、当日普通にフロントで受付しましたが、スマートチェックインで求められていた宿泊者の国籍やら住所やらは実際は不要で予約時の代表者氏名等だけど済んでしまいました。発行されていたチェックインコードも不要でした。 夕食時間については17時45分と19時45分の2部制で、チェックイン後に入室してからQRコード読み込んで時間指定して下さいとのことでした。二度手間なのでチェックイン時に申し込みしました。ビールなどの飲み物の注文もそのコードから手配するようですが、実際読み込めず使えなかったのでチェックイン時に指定しといて良かったです。入れ替えの間隔が空きますので1回目の枠が埋まると強制的に2回目に回りそうでちょっと困ります。それならば事前に希望を募るなどして調整して欲しいです。ちなみに朝食時も入れ替え制でした。朝食時は希望を確認する訳でもなく1組の人数で自動振り分けです。希望を聞いてない分夕食時間より酷いかもしれません。4人以下が1回目7時、5人以上は2回目の8時半でした。当日の行程はゆっくりで支障はありませんでしたが、5人以上でかつ早めに出発したい場合はチェックインイン時に見逃さずに変更して貰う必要があります。 食事 夕食は和洋スタンダード会席、パイ包みスープとローストビーフが美味しかったです。朝食のバイキングは和洋の普通の内容で不満ありません。メニューの補充も十分でした。しかし取り皿の色が白と黒色の二つあって黒は洗い残しなのか汚れが少し気になりました。 部屋・設備 部屋については海側と90度向きが違う松林側となってますが、料金差は小さいので空いてれば海側がお勧めです。その海側の部屋も目の前に松林がありますので階層によっては見え方は異なりそうです。今回は海側が取れず松林側の宿泊になりましたが、窓を開けて覗けば海は見えました。それなりに歴史あるようなので古めかしさはありますが清潔感はあります。wifiと空気清浄機完備、部屋の広さの割にTVサイズは小さいかもしれません。 お風呂は土地柄期待してませんでしたが、嬉しい誤算で19年から温泉です。冷鉱泉なので加温してますがナトリウムー塩化物泉でした。塩素臭は余り感じません。屋根付きの露天風呂もありますが、四方に囲いがあるので海などの展望は無いです。ただ規模の割に内風呂やカランは小振りで時間帯によっては混みそうです。今回17時頃の入浴では数人でしたので快適でした。 かつては昭和天皇もご宿泊されたらしいですが（別棟で今は取り壊して無いそうです）、コロナ禍の影響で経営者含め色々変わったようです。閉鎖されたレストランや2階のメインダイニング（それに伴い母屋1階に移設されました）、寂れたテニスコートらしきものなどなど。現状の食事会場もその作りは少し不思議な感じがしました。総合的には今回の内容で平素料金辺りだと見合ってるかなという感想です。
