The hotel is easy to find and is located in a quiet side street. Check-in was quick and efficient. You receive a room key (not an electronic card yet). My single room was on the 2nd floor. The room was very nicely furnished. Everything was very clean, as was the bathroom. Wifi worked perfectly. There were also 3 German channels on the TV. The noise level is almost 0. Breakfast was quite good. I would book the hotel again.

We stayed there last weekend and enjoyed our stay. The staff were certainly friendly and helpful. They spoke a good level of English to assist with check in and ordering a beer. The room was very large and had all of the required items. The list was broken during out stay but the room was easy to get to via the stairs. The hotel is slightly older and has an early 90's feel but everything is clean and tidy. The main part of the city is a quick walk of around 10-15 minutes. The price was affordable and reasonable. I would stay there again in the future.

This hotel is about 12km from the train station. A taxi ride (recommended by the hotel when asked about taxi vs public transport) costed about 3400HUF in September 2019 and was very pleasant. Communication with the hotel was excellent and even though we could only check-in at 19:30, they delivered that day's dinner directly to our room, occasionally speaking some Slovak to us, too! (I'm Slovakian) This customer-staff relationship continued at the hotel restaurant and I found it very welcoming and heartwarming. The receptionist lady showed us directly to our room. It was comfortable, clean and well furnished, including some cooking and eating equipment in the kitchen. The reason for my 4 stars is the lack of any dishwashing detergents and shampoos. There was a very watered-down soap in the bathroom, which was hard to really clean with. We booked a package with 1 day free full day spa ticket at a neighbouring hotel and got our voucher without any problems. In the package, there was also a 10% discount for the Cave Baths. This turned out not to be valid for a 4 hours ticket, for which you don't get any discount. This discount is only for a full day ticket, so I can't comment on how the hotels deliver on that promise. This was all-around very nice experience and even despite the lack of hygienic supplemets, it was great and I would totally recommend this hotel.

A nice cozy hotel close to city center within walking distance. The hotel is modern with cozy bed and large walking shower. There is a small bar and a little terras where you can sit relax and grab a drink. There is also an restaurant with good meals and price. The breakfast is not large but has everything fresh. My room was big and cozy. Minus point this room was on the street side and you can hear traffic noise. Best to take a room on the back side of the building . Overall it is a nice hotel.
