Good service and friendly staff, and spacious room. There is spa and pool

Great hotel, very affordable, next to the university, very clean and hygienic, breakfast is also very rich and fresh. The hotel has a good view. There is a Chinese restaurant next to it and it is in the center of the university. The facilities are also great and the bed is big and comfortable.

9:00 Not bad, very close to the school, about 10 minutes walk, very light rail, there is also a small town here, it is ok in the morning or in the afternoon, coffee, bread, milk, etc., but if you eat too much, Chinese people will still not be able to adapt to the person in charge, service attitude, navigation, there is a swimming pool, kiss my words, but I haven't tried the game room, have you washed it?

Clean and sanitary, good service attitude

This is my new go-to when I stay in Minneapolis/St. Paul. Everyone I interacted with was sincerely and genuinely helpful and kind. Even the breakfast attendant, Linda, who went out of her way to make sure I was happy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was within walking distance to the Metro Transit, which we road daily to the Target Center downtown

Good location and price. Friendly desk staff and comfy room. Asked for maid service during our one night stay and they never came. Also, breakfast goes until 10, but by 9:15 they were out of waffles and were told that they were not putting anymore out for the day. Overall nice property, just need staff to do their jobs and I would recommend.

The overall at this hotel deserves five stars if someone can stop the homeless peoples from street to get in for lunch.

Awesome place to stay for sporting events at the U of MN. Easy walking distance. Could use a little more sound proofing as the traffic in the hallways is a little loud.

Hot tub was broken for part of our stay but other than that everything was excellent from check in to check out!

Amazing staff, room, pool, hot tub, exercise room, everything. Very impressive service and Linda who works in the breakfast area is absolutely amazing. This was a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Close parking and the customer service and hospitality was top notch!

Second stay at this hotel this year and would choose it again if staying in the Twin Cities.
