Couldn’t ask for a better property! Close to everything staff killed it and a breakfast joint and gyro shop on the block were top shelf !

It wasn't good for the price. There was also a problem with paying for room service, so I didn't feel good. However, Trip.com customer service was good.

When we checked in we were greeted by friendly staff. I failed to get his name, but he was very nice, answered my questions and was very helpful. The room was clean and better than i expected. Breakfast was good, my only complain is the eggs tasted like they were cooked 2 days ago and left in warming trays. But the fruit was fresh, the chorizo eggs were good and the banana french toast was tasty. The waitress was wonderful. She made sure our coffee cups were full :) I would definitely stay again.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating whenever I stay. Love the cookies and complementary breakfast.

We were visiting Milwaukee to watch a Bucks game. The receptionist greeted us with warm cookies, was friendly and got us checked in right away. The room was very clean but extremely small and hard to move around in. We were charged $60 for Valet for our 2 day stay and we didn't use the service. No self service parking is available so you have to park on the street or on the top floor of the business building parking lot behind the hotel. The walk to Fiserv forum is shorter than it appears. Overall not a bad stay

Booked a room for an event at Fiserv… staff was very helpful with parking and resources…. Was close enough to walk but the weather was cold so we grabbed an Uber… room was very clean and quiet.

Excellent customer service, everyone was kind and helpful. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Close to all the downtown activities. Would recommend and will definitely stay again!

The room was smaller than it looks online when you book. The the hot water handle on the faucet in the bathroom would leak on the counter when you turn the hot water on. Overall the room was clean, staff was very friendly and made note of the bathroom sink when we were checking out. It is only valet parking. The cars are parked very close together and the valet service door dinged my car door with another and left a half inch scratch/ chunk of paint off down to the metal, We noticed this before we had gotten in the car after valet got it. It's not a brand new car but still disappointing. Overall staff was very friendly and nice but probably won't be staying here again.

Minor inconvenience was the main doors were not functioning and we had to go around to enter the building. Also the refrigerator in the room wasn’t quite working that well, but kept stuff cold enough were it wasn’t a huge deal. Otherwise hotel layout is easy to navigate and was in right across the Wisconsin center. 4/5 stay truthfully.

I think the fact that you have to pay for parking and an outrageously priced breakfast is obsurd. The staff were nice except for the man who checked me in. He was very short and rude and i was the only one checking in. Parking guys were nice. My room was cleanish. There was dust on some fixtures, debri on floor around items like they werent moved while vacuuming, and the thermostat didnt worrk so my room was to warm. I also think the fact that they gave me two complimentary waters in the fridge and i had three registered people was inconvenient. Not the worst hotel but definitely expected more from a hilton.

I loved it , they had room service and it was great but it was very pricey still loved it tho . Valet parking , rooms were super clean and stocked up on waters & such , they also gave us cookies upon arrival :) . 10/10 overall experience

Very clean and updated hotel. The rooms are comfortable. The bathroom a bit on the small side but for an overnight it was fine.
