First time for me in a Courtyard. It was clean, efficient, wonderful beds, quiet tho in a very busy area. But the best thing was the service. Big thanks to Prentice and Tony at Reception for going the extra mile for me at check in. They made my introduction to Courtyard awesome. I will return for sure. Breakfast was good and healthy choices were most appreciated! Thank you!

1. Breakfast: Canal street cafe in the lobby, completely Western-style! 2. Not suitable for bringing children (casino hotel); 3. The hotel location is not convenient and the surrounding environment is general; the hotel parking lot is large and hotel guests are free! Hotel room soundproof! 4, recommend friends who like ”small gambling”

King bed room. The room is much smaller than the Hilton City Center in the next few days. The facilities in public places are also lower. Fortunately, there are some business trips.

During my recent stay at Journeyman, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall service, but I have to give special recognition to Jared, the valet. From the moment I arrived, Jared went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. Not only was he incredibly polite and welcoming, but he also handled my car with great care and efficiency, making sure it was always ready when I needed it. Each time I interacted with Jared, he was friendly and attentive, offering help with luggage and even providing great local recommendations. His attention to detail and genuine willingness to assist guests stood out as a highlight of my stay. Jared truly represents the kind of service that elevates a hotel experience, and I hope Journeyman recognizes the asset they have in him. If you're staying here, rest assured that you'll be in good hands.

Great location, and the staff was fabulous! Domonique at the front desk was so helpful with our check in, answering all our questions, and accommodating our requests! Vince the valet was so quick, kind, and efficient, making it so easy to check our car in and out of the valet throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well kept. The angle of the TV to the bed was a little odd, and there was no pool/hot tub, but the staff got cold breakfast out early for the marathon runners!

What am amazing hotel. From the moment we walked into the gorgeous lobby, I said WOW. The staff greet you at the front, in the lobby and again at the desk. I was given the choice of the older more historic area or the tower. I chose the tower because I prefer a more modern room. The room was larger and nicer than I expected. And the view toward the lake is spectacular. I had lunch at the cafe, met with friends at the lobby bar, and a fantastic dinner at the upscale restaurant. We felt well taken care of at the conference. The set-up worked well. I so appreciate a conference where it’s easy to return to your room during sessions. I’ve stayed at more expensive hotels that weren’t as nice. Glad I added on a few extra days to enjoy Milwaukee, including being able to walk to the lake, the river walk, and many other fun sites and restaurants.

I recently traveled to Milwaukee for quick business trip. After a long day of travel and meetings, the room was clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing. At the end of night 2, I came back to a very clean room. Unfortunately, the housekeeping staff disposed of all of my receipts, making my expense reporting difficult. I called the front desk to see if they could help, and boy am I glad Dhmitriana answered. She went above and beyond, calling the restaurant I had dined at the night prior and was able to get a new copy of my receipt. She was even willing to dig through the garbage to look for them. I will be staying here on future business trips. If you see Dhmitriana at the front desk, just know you are in EXCELLENT hands.

Outstanding
TTravelTheSkyGreat experience ! Front desk staff was welcoming, room was very clean and interior was beautiful. Only stayed there one night for a concert but I would love to return to this hotel. One weird thing: the tv remotes might have been connected/interfering with other rooms? In the middle of the night it seemed as if someone else was controlling the volume and it was hard to adjust besides turning the TV off manually.
TTaylorMy husband and I travel to Milwaukee each year for his birthday. We chose this hotel for its location in proximity to our dinner reservation and the attractions we had planned. There were several negative reviews for this hotel regarding check in, cleanliness, and parking, I'd like to share my feedback to ensure travelers do not deter from staying at this hotel for those reasons. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a friendly front desk staff and were able to check in promptly at 4pm. We were able to conveniently park in their side lot while we brought our belongings up to our room. The room was extremely spacious and had beautiful upgrades and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen. The high ceilings really made this room unique. Everything in the room was very clean. There is a parking garage directly across from the hotel which was easy to access and only cost $22.00 a night to park. When staying in downtown MKE it is to be expected that you will pay for parking, and knowing our car was in a covered garage was peace of mind. We choose to Uber to our destinations, so we didn't have to find parking multiple times, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for our ride to arrive. My only disappointment was there was no happy hour. I was under the impression there was a cocktail hour offered, but it didn't take away from our stay, as there were several liquor stores within walking distance to grab a drink for the room while we got ready. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with options, fresh, hot, and the egg bites were delicious. The last thing I will add which is huge for me, they have complimentary water, hot water for tea, and coffee in the lobby at all times. I hate forgetting to bring a water bottle for the middle of the night when staying at a hotel, so I loved this feature. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future! Don't let the negative reviews sway your decision. This was a beautiful, newly converted hotel that you should absolutely check out next time you are staying in the area.
GGuest UserMy boyfriend and I stayed here for summerfest and it was only 1 night but we still enjoyed ourselves in the establishment. I liked that they had a shuttle bus that took us to summerfest and picked us up from there after it was over. The only thing that annoyed us was that the fire detector had low battery so it would beep periodically and it’s a little loud since it’s in a little hotel room.
GGuest UserClean hotel in a good location. The AC did not work during my stay so it was very hot in my room. Also the fire alarm randomly went off at 3 am. I will definitely choose a different hotel next time.
Beautiful setting, comfortable room and the perfect location for walking to downtown Milwaukee and other interesting neighborhoods will taking in Doors Open Milwaukee with our son, who is a college student there. We appreciated the blend of historic opulence with modern amenities at an affordable price.
WWEIGANGLike the American hotel, it is spacious, the hotel is not new but it is well maintained. The surroundings are quiet and there are not many dining options. Breakfast 18.04, buffet, good juice and fruit, others are simple.
Overall equivalent to domestic Samsung level.
GGuest UserSuperb staff, easy walking distance to the Symphony and comfortable accommodations--- what more could anyone ask for!!! This was the 3rd time in the last 10 months we have traveled to Milwaukee for a concert and this Hyatt location has served us very well each time. We will use them again.
I was very disappointed with this hotel. We arrived late (11:30pm) on Thursday, August 15th and they put us in a room that I had not requested. The air didn't work and the outlets were questionable. I have a CPAP machine, so I need reliable power. We were so tired, we just went to bed. The next morning the heat was unbearable in the room. I went down and requested a different room and explained why. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and gave me a different room. She did say, ”I don't like our rooms”. Kind of shocking, but not. The new room was what I had requested in the first place and it was much better than the first room. Well, the fan in the bathroom didn't work so that was a problem as we had to crack the door for showers as to not overheat. Overall, the hotel is very dated. The carpet is dirty in the hallways and the rooms. The staff is not very friendly over all. In my opinion they should shut this hotel down and do a complete gut job. Get new, friendly. The coffee was terrible...yeah I know that's petty, but come on. I will never stay at this hotel again. Even with a discount as a Hilton Honors member, I would rather pay $200 more and go somewhere else.
GGuest UserI was a GM for a Country Inn & Suites so it’s in me to inspect whether I like it or not. This CIS was great! I of course saw a spot here or there that could use a touch up of paint or something but the property was clean across the board. The desk staff were welcoming, asked what I needed and delivered. I didn’t catch the housekeeper’s name on the third floor but her laugh was contagious and she was nice as she could be. I had my concerns about an airport property, but they delivered a great stay! Thanks!
GGuest UserPositives: the proximity to places and things to do downtown, the free shuttle to nearby places, parking and breakfast included in the rate. Negatives: 1.) The lack of cleanliness in the hotel: the room had dirt, crumbs and other small things (even a pill of some sort!) that hadn't been swept/vacuumed up on the floor, there was sticky jam on the wall in one spot that hadn't been wiped up. The room didn't smell fresh or clean either. In the hotel hallway on our floor, there were a bunch of Goldfish crackers crushed on the floor and not vacuumed up for a whole day. 2.) The constant, disgusting smell of smoke and ********* in the hotel hallways (this is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel!) that made the air very stuffy, stinky and hard to breathe and made our clothes smell. 3.) The finishings in the room were lacking: there was a door coat hook and handle missing, there were paint touch ups all over certain walls in the room that were not the same color as the rest of the wall 4.) Lack of power outlets to charge phones and other electronic devices: there were very few power outlets available and none in convenient places like on, next to or anywhere near the nightstand and bed so that we could keep our phones next to the bed. 5.) The bed pillows were small and more like flimsy couch throw pillows than regular-size bed pillows. The were thin, unsupportive and made for a very uncomfortable night where I got little sleep due to the uncomfortable pillows and stuffy, smoky air in the hotel room and hallways.
