We enjoyed a beautiful stay in September this year. As a family with an autistic child we could not eat at the restaurants however Ugur and his team were truly brilliant, providing an outstanding service and bringing the restaurant food to our room. This allowed us to enjoy the same experience as other guests and try the wonderful cuisines available. The facilities were fantastic and we will be back. Ugur, thank you from our son Arthur, you made our trip. :)

We stayed last September for a week. It’s gorgeous location on a lovely pristine beach with clear waters. The breakfast was beautifully done as was the great lunches at the beach bar. We ate mainly at the out door restaurant and the grilled octopus was amazing. The service was excellent. Just be aware. If you want to get a bottle of spirits for your room, either go outside of the hotel for purchase or choose Turkish own version of your spirit of choice. We were charged an eye watering amount for Grey Goose. EYE WATERING!! The staff were excellent and the Turkish lady who makes the homemade Turkish breakfast breads was an amazing cook!!!

Everything you would expect from a five star hotel, what really sets it apart is the brilliant staff that just make it all very easy and as they say “an experience”. Great service everywhere, even with the hotel at full capacity. The only drawback was our transfers booked through BA. Next time we will do directly with the hotel.

Beautiful property and grounds. Location secluded, in the middle of nowhere, great for peace and quiet. Transfer (from Bodrum) about an hour. Worth getting a driver/transfer, particularly at night. Room excellent. Upgrade as much as you dare. Great sea views and well kitted out room. Efficient housekeeping. Largely great service although a little variable in some of the restaurants. Food was superb throughout. Breakfast fresh and wholesome as you would expect. Loved the Asian restaurant and the beach restaurant served great food and cocktails till sundown. Pools took some finding and appeared underused. Didn’t try spa (unforgivable I guess but it was indoors when there was blissful late September weather!). Supposed to be great. Other reviews will testify. A couple of tips. Ridge rooms with pools are smaller than hotel rooms so check out first. Probably best visit outside of main holidays. Beach(es) pretty small and were pretty full in off season. A great short break. Loved it.

The hotel and the grounds it’s in are lovely. We’ve stayed at other six senses resorts in the past and this one is the largest. The rooms were great, the staff were lovely. It was the food that didn’t live up to expectations. Wild &thyme was the best restaurant but the others were just really over priced. €36 for a burger €9 for a can of coke It just felt as though they were taking advantage of us and left a bitter taste. Shame

Kaplankaya is a fantastic location in the Six Senses portfolio. Great beaches and extremely clear and soft water. Staff are incredibly friendly and approachable. A little different than the SEA properties of Six Senses, but just as great. Excellent food options for each part of the day and just an all-around relaxed vibe. Heartily recommended.

I chose the Six Senses Kaplankaya for a wellness break and it was absolutely perfect. We had the most wonderful stay and I couldn’t recommend the resort more highly. The staff are incredible, the food delicious, with lots of healthy choices available and the resort and facilities are incredible! It was the perfect choice for us and I cannot wait to return.

Expectations may be high for Six Senses but they are met and exceeded here in Kaplankaya. The design & finish is superb, everything is of the highest quality but it’s also very relaxed. Beautiful views everywhere & my terrace with private pool was superb. The dining options are excellent too. But what makes it all work is the staff, really good concierge, excellent client GEM team they are the BEST, but really most of the staff are exceptional.

Very disappointed with the Six Seasons Bodrum. The views from the room from the 5th floor are obstructed with buildings in front of it. Limited restaurants, pools are not what you would expect at a resort. Overall it’s hyped up. You get much better value elsewhere for the same money.. On the plus point the staff are magnificent.

As I've already experienced the facility, I know the facility and everything went extremely well as I expected. The effort to help the warmth of staff is admirable. Restaurants, food, drink, room services were all very successful, it is a facility that I want to come again.

Six senses is an immense site that covers many premises located on the hillside. it might be not easy to feel mobile but it also gives you the chance to create your own personal space with privacy. We have stayed at the ridge terrace rooms with seaview and pool, the rooms are super comfy and spacious. The amenities are sufficient. The housekeeping and the room service teams are working efficiently. We hang out at the main beach and family beach, the sand is smooth and the water is clear turquoise. we adored the homemade ice cream & sorbets, it was a great motivation to have a break from sun & sea. We have tried out every restaurant during our stay for dinners. We have enjoyed the good food at any place, the service team is also reliable and helpful. After a nice early dinner it is lovely to hangout at the sunset bar while having a digestif and watching the sunset. Spa is literally huge! There are numerous treatment rooms, the therapists were very efficient and professional, I have enjoyed my treatments. We appreciate the hard work to run such a huge operation in local socio economic dynamics. In particular Dilek has supported us at any moment for any question. She has very resolution oriented approach and has a good sense of responsibility on any issue. We appreciate her extra efforts. We will always remember the taste of the vegetables that she picked up from earth lab for us... There are not any attitudes of spoiled rich upper class guests at this resort which we have looked for. There is strong sense of calmness, dignity.. We have enjoyed our stay, we wish all the best to the Six Senses Kaplankaya team.

The uniforms of the waitress's and waiters were stained which shows Hygiene is not a priority here, Food quality in all three restaurants was very good and service was very good too they really do their best to please you. The fitness facilities and the Tennis courts etc.. was top quality. The sea is not clean but this is beyond their control, the area is over built and they are still building more but there isn't the infrastructure to support it the are done have a proper sewage recycling system so you can imagine the rest

This is hotel is supposed to be for Families with children. I am seriously baffled and amazed that Six Senses do not warn parents about the polluted sea. Due to the Massive fish farms about a mile of the coast which is visible from the hotel,the sea is polluted. Enormous amounts of fish feed,feces and chemicals are released in to the environment every day and this is very dangerous for swimming. This hotel should close the beaches immediately. Apart of this the food is. very good and staff very polite and efficient.Rooms very comfortable
