Very friendly staff and client oriented service, picturesque lake view from the balcony, perfect and huge outdoor playground, a lot of facilities: Lego room, children’s cinema, table tennis… We enjoyed it!
It was so nice to receive a cake and room decoration for the birthday from the hotel.
Highly recommend the hotel especially to families with kids!

It is really clean and quite organized well!!!
And it is located near to the river, so has beautiful view 😍.
However there is no shop such as restaurant and supermarket.
It is recommendable for family who has kids thanks to nice swimming pool.

The view alone would be enough to give this hotel 5 stars! But the hotel itself is also more than deserving. They have everything you need and more. The gym is pristine, not a drop of sweat could be seen on any of the equipment. They have two restaurants, Western/Chinese, and the Chinese one has some of the best Chinese veggie dishes I’ve had. The hallways and public areas are spacious so you never feel it’s crowded even when the hotel os booked to capacity. And the room is also spacious, clean, and comfortable. Love it!
