And the suite is large in size, two bathrooms are very convenient, but even so many advantages can not let us live according to the original plan: 1. The room is not cleaned in place, and I saw the drink stains on the table as soon as I entered the room, and some black spots on the ground (not carpets, Of course, the carpet is not clean), and the sofa gap is not cleaned up straws, don't mention how disgusting when it comes out; 2. Part of the facilities are damaged and not maintained in time, the cigarette hole on the sofa, the safety lock of the door is useless, and the TV on the 14th floor cannot be used without timely maintenance; 3. I don't know what the relationship is, the front desk service can't always show kindness, compared with other hotels in Mian County (H Hotel, Marriott Hotel, including B&B Qingshe, I have no comparison with other first-tier cities); 4. There were bugs in the room, and I saw an ant on the bed. I don't know if it was accidental or a lot. This is also the last straw that overwhelmed us and decisively checked out. I said so much to complain, of course, I really can’t help it, and I hope the hotel will pay attention to your room part, because for those who come to Mian County to play, we hope that the hotel will get better and better, so that we will choose more. The yearning for Mian County will also be more expected.

Originally, I chose a cheaper room on the Internet. I was pleasantly surprised. The decoration is simple European style. Not only is it not soiled but it is a bit beautiful. It is too suitable for young people to travel. The overall style of the room is very high-end, and the windows are large and the space is large. Smokers love it most hahahahaha, anyway, I think it's worth living.

The room was very clean and tidy, the service staff was very hospitable and the people were very amiable. The bedding and pillows are particularly comfortable. Shopping and eating downstairs are very convenient, and downstairs is a shopping street. The parking lot staff are also very enthusiastic. The streets of Mian County are also wide, clean and well built. I like Mian County, and I will definitely stay a few more days next time.

We chose the original house room, the room is spacious and comfortable, simple and elegant, and the staff is warm and thoughtful. Very good value for money, there is early. The location is excellent, close to the streets of the ancient town and Wuhouxuan, and there is a large literary performance ”The Teacher's Table”. It is not far from Jiulong Shuangshui Hot Spring Resort. Stayed here for two nights and it felt great!

The hotel opened in 2017 and I stayed there in 2018 and 2019. The location is easy to find and parking is convenient. You can register your license plate number when you check in and park for free. There are supermarkets and many hot pot restaurants around. It's a ten-minute drive from Zhuge Ancient Town and a ten-minute walk to the popular Jiefang North Road Night Market Street. The first few times I stayed, the experience was pretty good. The service attitude at the front desk is very good. The breakfast buffet is pretty good! The only thing is that the soundproofing where I stayed this time was not good. In the room next to it, a group of people were chatting last night from ten o'clock in the evening until after one o'clock. It was very noisy! There were also people talking loudly in the corridor. It makes people speechless when meeting someone with low quality!

The service attitude is very good,  is a 1.5 meter bed, and then we upgraded for free, 1.8 meter bed, because I have two people living, so it is wider, and then breakfast is also sent! For Zhuge Liang, Mian County is a place to come many times. I prefer to stay in a chain hotel, so I will choose here next time!

先説優點，服務態度還是不錯的，整體環境也很好，停車場大，停車方便。缺點主要是設施設備有問題，晚上插座短路導致跳閘，來的男領導竟然叼着煙進房間，簡直不可思議。但當晚值班的幾位女性服務人員態度很好，不停的道歉。再説早餐，品類不多能理解，但沒有牛奶和煎蛋就太差了。而且早餐廳位置不在酒店住宿的樓，要走很遠，穿過整個園區。十分不理解這種設計以及經營邏輯。我們那天沒下雨倒還好，如果下雨的話就不僅是吃飯了，簡直是去自討苦吃。最後吐槽一下温泉，諾大的場地，十幾個池子，衹開放了三個小池子，而且水温衹有三十多度，小童遊樂區也沒開，就是感覺在糊弄。
