Our stay was first-rate in every way. The staff couldn't be more accommodating, the apartment was comfortable, clean and the full kitchen was a fantastic plus. Morning coffee on the rootop was a wonderful way to start the day. Highly recommend, can't wait to return.

We had the most amazing time, the property was amazing, smelled amazing & was immaculate. We had 4 people and all had our own space to spread out. It was beautiful and the staff was super attentive, and even bared with us with our not-so-excellent Spanish. I would recommend this property to anyone & everyone! The location was perfect as well.

It was our first time to stay in an apartment and our experience was even better than staying in a 5-star hotel. Truly. We will give them 100 stars if we could. We stayed in their 3-bedroom/3-bathroom suite and everything you need in your residence is here: a prime Condesa location, first-rate furniture and appliances, spotless daily cleaning, 24-hour front desk and above and beyond service from Domingo, Karen, Carlo and the housekeepers. We appreciated the privacy because the private elevator opens directly into your suite. No need to wait and bump into hordes of people. The condition of the rooms and building is depicted accurately on their website, with the reality actually exceeding our expectations. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Mexico City. It has raised the bar for lodgings in our future travels. Management, please give Domingo, Karen, Carlo and the housekeepers a raise. They deserve it. Nos encanta Felix Boutique Stays de Viadora. Esperamos volver pronto!
