Becarefull ! Price is not tally as per advertised! They advertised in trip.com writing we just pay 3 Euro at property, but when we arrived the hotel , they want collect with us 4 Euro per person for tourist tax which is same price with what they advertised.we was trying raise this issue to them and say them the trip.com app as proof , they are just don’t care , ignoring and they say you can just raise refund or discuss with trip.com.
They are trying to push away responsibility to platform.

Excellent location, three minutes from the train station, bus station, cafes, shops. In the neighboring houses and the neighboring entrance there are Chinese cafes and restaurants. We ordered - more than decent quality and not expensive. Regarding the unpleasant individuals on the street that were written about before me - I confirm, but they only appeared occasionally.
In the apartments themselves Very clean and tidy. Refrigerator in the room. Common area and kitchen.
I confirm what was indicated in the reviews before me, about the unclear communication before check-in, which is carried out by the owner. It was not possible to call in advance at the number indicated in the ad .... I had to involve the portal through which the booking was made. Trip.com eventually helped to establish communication!
Therefore, to help in finding accommodation, I am posting a photo of the facade of the house.

The room was large and comfortable, very close to the train station.
The landlord is very nice. After checking out, because the train time was late, I stayed in the big living room until I left at 1pm.

It's about a 5-10 minute walk from the station. It's simple but has everything you need. It's a hassle to have to call in advance to check in and then call after you arrive. It would be a problem if you didn't have access to the internet or phone.

The accommodation was very close to the Venice Mestre train station, 2 minutes walk.
The room met the standards for a couple of nights stay.
The drawbacks we found were that, on the day of check-out when we were going to collect the luggage that they had stored for us (a good point on the part of the accommodation) they had thrown away the food and drinks that we had left in the fridge.
On the other hand, they did not have any shared toilets that could be used after checking out.

I thought it was a hotel but it turned out to be a B&B. However, the service and facilities are not worse than those of a hotel. It is worth recommending. The room is of moderate size and I was given a triple room. It is very close to the train station (Venice Mestre), just one street away, and it is quite quiet at night. The kitchen and kitchenware can be used, and there is a microwave and a large refrigerator, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that there is no elevator. You need to confirm with the owner before storing your luggage after checking out. Overall, it is worth recommending.
