My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a convention. The beds and pillow are nice. Also have the separate sitting areas was very convenient. The carpets are not worn down and it is in need of some renovations. The free breakfast was good and the coffee was hot. The location was also prime for a few local restrurants and shopping. I do not have a comparison for hotels in that area as it was my first time in the area.

The room was clean, easy to travel, and close to the restaurant supermarket. The only regret was that the room was generally soundproof. One night the room next door yelled and the TV turned on very loudly. As a result, I was already in jet lag and didn't fall asleep all night.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights while on business. This hotel has to have one of the nicest staffs I’ve encountered over the last 17 years of traveling for business and pleasure. Every member of the housekeeping staff I encountered gave a “Good Morning” “Hello” “Hi!”. And it felt genuine, not forced. The front desk staff was also very friendly. One of the days I stopped by to get a water and snack from the market. The GM was helming the desk. When I gave him my room number to charge the two items to, he saw I was a lifetime Titanium Bonvoy member and said the items were on the hotel. Small but appreciative gesture for my loyalty. I’ll stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

We had to ask for our room to bed made up if we wanted that done or anything else that needed to be done. Clean glassware, conditioner etc that we needed which was annoying. If you book with a 3 party the kind of room you booked is not guaranteed. We had asked for a king size room. When we got here. We were told they didn’t have any. They sent us to an unmade room with two queen beds and we went back and were told oh yes, there was a king and we could have it not sure what that was all about, as far as the conditions of the hotel, they’re great but it’s just the constant having to ask for everything that was so annoying. Oh also, if you book with a third-party, you don’t get any of your Bonvoy points

We spent 7 days here in the middle of April. Hotel is in a good location as you have easy access to highway 60 and 101. Rooms were a good size and clean and we had everything we needed. It was nice to have a full size fridge and Microwave. There was also a hot plate and a dishwasher. Beds and couch were comfortable. Two tv's - main room and bedroom. Pool is nice with towels available. Breakfast was good although repetitive. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

There’s a golf course next door and we’re just three miles from baseball spring training facilities. Enjoy a warm chocolate chip cookie at check in. Although this hotel has a 24 hr shuttle and is close to the airport, that's about all it has going for it. The shuttle driver talked constantly from pick up to drop off at a rapid fire pace. Friendly, but over the top. There were frequently people hanging out in the lobby without masks and no request from staff to comply. Sometimes, whole groups of people such as a team or perhaps construction or fire fighters. Felt very unsafe. The elevator bell was one of the most loud and annoying I've heard anywhere. The AC was a wall type unit that made falling asleep challenging. There were several customers at the bar with no separation and clearly we're not together. We decided to sit outside on the patio and get a bit to eat. Very few options. Our sub sandwich came in about 5 min's and the bread was terribly soggy. Appears the quick delivery to our table must have been due to the food being premade and sitting in a cooler. The room was clean and the staff friendly, but I will be seeking other options on future trips.

Outstanding
Located along a quiet stretch on Longbow Parkway next to a golf course, Home2 Suites by Hilton Mesa Longbow is part of Hilton’s chain of contemporary extended-stay hotels. I stayed here five nights on business during September 2023. It is located within short driving distance to a Sprouts market, movie theaters and several restaurants. My suite was had a very modern feel, and was clean, attractive and roomy enough, with a comfortable king bed and a surprisingly small bathroom. It had a spacious work station with enough outlets to charge my multiple electronic devices. What was interesting was the suite layout, which was very long with no walls, eliminating the walls and doorways you find in Hilton’s other all-suite properties like Embassy Suites and Homewood Suites. It was fine for a single traveler like me, but the lack of privacy might make it more awkward for families. The suite had a functional kitchen including a full-size microwave, automatic dishwasher, dishes, glassware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and a full-size refrigerator. NOTE that if you are planning to cook, you will need to check out portable burners from the front desk. Everything in the suite (lights, plumbing, AC, wireless Internet, etc.) worked as it was supposed to. I was especially pleased that the room had a Smart TV, which enabled me to directly access streaming services such as Netflix and YouTube. The common areas were clean and in very good condition. Both check-in and check-out were friendly and efficient. The breakfast room was large that and had plenty of seating. The complimentary breakfast featured a number of hot items such as omelets, a variety of breakfast sandwiches, and oatmeal. Since the property is located off the main roads, it made for a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. I had a very pleasant stay at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Mesa Longbow and will happily stay there again should my travels bring me back to the Mesa area.
GGuest UserExcellent clean and everything is update as i want to see. Keep it up and stay update more will come .. we will come back for sure!. I like room color and decoration as the bedspread has flowers prints. Towels, washcloths plenty Except didn’t have deaf handicap equipments
NNicholas MThe hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. I felt safe from the second I stepped into the hotel. But the thing that really made this a 5 star experience was the customer service. The staff here are so friend and accommodating. They go above and beyond to make sure you get the best experience possible.
Merry Christmas from Mesa! Dad and I traveled from sunny California to spend Christmas with my beautiful daughter, Rebecca and her family. The Holiday Inn was warm and welcoming. Chi, our hotel contact, texted and made sure everything was perfect. This was such a nice touch for traveling out of state. We had forgotten some things and Chi was helpful in directing us to the local Wal-Mart. It us just down the road.
Stayed for 2 nights and after reading such mixed reviews I was wary-but there was no need. Right from check in to check out all staff have been super friendly. We had a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the freeway so there was some noise from that but not enough to disturb our sleep. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and spotless. Breakfast was standard fayre and just enough to start the day
It started off with the door not closing properly unless had to push on it to bolt it which may have been due the damaged door sill where the latch is poorly rigged by washers and bolts that weren't correct size, the pillows were terrible, TV remote didn't work called front desk he tried to get it working he said stand literally 2” from tv to change channel, the towels had stains, hole in the shower that was poorly patched, the exhaust fan in bathroom had webs and insects stuck to it, on top of that house keeper family member (safely assuming) he was talking to her and I stood patiently waiting to give her our room trash bag (due to our DND signage up) noticed my empty alcoholic beverage can he opened it and asked ”if you wanna share beers I'm down”, two bottles of water that was left from previous person in the freezer, the damaged paint near the bed closest to the window, the black scuff mark left on wall near picture hanging on wall. I have to say surprisingly no bed bugs as terrible as this place was it was room 208. We refused to eat from kitchen and free breakfast, or even check out the pool due to upkeep and maintenance of just our room.
Stayed for Two days -Feb15-17th and paid $664 for a outdated “sick room”. I call it a sick room because anybody who stays where there’s black mold will be SICK!! There were patches of black mold growing on the walls of this old property. My son and I stayed in room 216. I told housekeeping who ( as the overnight auditor claimed) never bothered to mention it to anyone else. The same auditor said that a hockey tournament was the reason why I was kept in that molded room. She said that she smelled the mold immediately when the door opened. But That there were no other rooms available to ME. I questioned that. The mold increased in size and shape. And after I told her that I took pictures of the hole in the ceiling ( who knows why) and the black tape hanging down and mold everywhere ( that I’ve I tried to upload video footage of)…. They conveniently move me, and said that my bill would be adjusted. I experienced headaches and nausea during my stay. If you know anything about mold, you know that it travels in old infrastructure, where there’s wetness. You know that the spores can be deadly because it lives in the body and is a neurotoxin!! It actually affects every part of the body. This entire property needs remediation STOP PUTTING MONEY BEFORE PEOPLES LIVES! Oh, They never discounted my bill at all for the inconvenience and sickness that i experience while on their property. When asked Ashley said they’ll give me some bonus points that I never received! But I did receive a random “ just checking your temperature” call from a Thomas Dubois from Choice Properties. Who apologized and said that he’ll follow up on my grievance. I call ”BS” on Thomas Dubois and Choice Hotels!!! We’ll see…meanwhile AVOID!! P.S. Trying to upload videos, and can’t! Also… there are old rooms and updated ones. They charge same price for old rooms as the new rooms.
JjenwhiteMy husband and I had d a great stay. Quite and safe. Never been at a Motel 6 where it was safe and quite. Clean room and very nice staff. We will be back when we go back in that town.
Jjessicav1228azAt first look this hotel seems great and it's not bad there were just a few things that were unpleasant. It is in a quiet neighborhood, kind of tucked back. When we first pulled in, there was another guest pulling in behind us and he sped past us at least 45 mph, jumping the speed bumps, laughing hanging out of his window. I go into the office to check in there's no one at the desk but I hear a Ja Rule song blasting from the back so I call out ”hello” a few times. Then a young man comes to the front after 5 or so minutes, I check in, and he explains all of the rules to me. We pull to a spot closer to our room, which is on the backside of the building. There isn't parking on the backside of the building so you can't park next to your room if it's on that side. We have to park in the front and walk around, unfortunately the only walkway to get there was through the smoking area. I don't smoke, neither does my husband and we had our children with us. There were some shady looking men always hanging out in the smoking area so we constantly had to walk past them. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. AC worked great and the shower was nice and hot. We had the king bed with sleeper sofa, there were no sheets, blankets or pillows for the sleeper sofa. So I went to the office to get sheets and pillows for it, there was a sign on the counter that said 'back in a few minutes'. I saw the front desk clerk through the window in the door, he was about 20 feet away talking to a man. He saw me, I waved even so he would know I am waiting on him, he continued to stand there and talk. I waited almost 15 minutes and I looked down the way again like maybe he's on his way back now, nope he picked up a bag of laundry and started walking further down the sidewalk. I was fed up waiting so I gave up, went back to my room and split up my sheets and pillows for the kids to use. One real complaint is when I woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, I turned on the light and TWO ROACHES!! I killed them, it was disgusting. I would have went to the office and complained but who knows if that guy would even be in there and how long I would have to wait. Not sure if we would stay here again, like it wasn't bad, we made due. The reason we were even staying here is because our youngest son is in the NICU in the hospital right down the street and it was close and convenient to the hospital to be able to visit him.
