Everything was wonderful. Efficient, friendly service, lovely, spacious room, well equipped gym, excellent facilities, plentiful, delicious breakfast & dinner. And the most beautiful beach I have ever seen, with crystal clear water, gentle waves, soft white/gold sand. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I will be back next week already!

The preferred hotel for vacation in Matruh Port, with the longest and cleanest private white sand beach. The hotels under construction in the surrounding areas are all under the Jaz Group and are very clean. The hotel service is also very good and the bedding is comfortable. It is the most comfortable hotel in Egypt, soft as silk. It's a bit far from the city, and a taxi costs 200 Egyptian pounds to 300 Egyptian pounds. It feels like a paradise. Recommended for vacation. You can also charter a car to go to the main beach attractions in Matruh. There are currently no taxis in front of the hotel. It is recommended that you contact the relevant itinerary after arriving in Matruh City and ask the driver to take you to the hotel.

There are limited means of transportation to get to this hotel. It took about 3.5 hours by UBER from Alexandria, costing 1400 yen in local currency, but UBER could not be used from the hotel to Marsa Matruh, so I had to call a taxi, which took about 45 minutes and cost 600 yen. Also, communication at the front desk was not good at dispatching the car, which was very unpleasant. There seems to be no taxi nearby, so it takes a long time to call one, so I recommend requesting a taxi at least an hour in advance. There is nothing nearby, and it is a different story if you want to enjoy the pool and the sea on the hotel grounds, but if you are thinking of sightseeing from the hotel to Marsa Matruh, I think it would be better to stay at a hotel in Marsa Matruh, considering the round-trip taxi fare and travel time. It may be due to the season, but I felt that the beach had strong waves and was not suitable for swimming or for children to play. The rooms are clean, but the amenities are basic. Drinks in the room other than water are charged separately. It is not all-inclusive. Dinner was included in the price of the room, but the only drink available was water; other soft drinks and coffee were charged extra.

The room is very good, the facilities are complete, the hotel environment is good, the breakfast is also very good, with rich varieties, the waiters are also quite enthusiastic, the transportation is suitable for self-driving travel, it is convenient to have a car

It’s too far from the city. If you don’t have a car, it’s recommended not to come, otherwise you’ll just be a lamb to be slaughtered.

The hotel not new but nice with curious architecture very clean, beautifull garden with a lot of palmas and flowers. Rooms are big, comfortable and everyday clean. Beautiful very wide beach with white sand and clear blue water in the sea. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Our room was cleaning everyday and the towels were changing. All staff in the hotel work very hard 12 hours everyday, I respect You all especially Mohamet who was cleaning our room 3230 and made beautifull decorations on our bed, thank you Mohamet

This place is amazing, and Morgana bar ísť the Best, and Fathi barman its the Best one, just ask him for his special drink:) and he Will do his Best, because he is so kind and nice, this place is so nice, and you Will not regret this, the Best holiday ever:)

Very nice vacation. Fantastic food, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful sea, best drinks. We stayed in room 3232 with an amazing view on the sea, and our cleaning man, Mr. Mohamed, was the best. He was very helpful with everything. We will come back for sure. Thank you ☺️

This place is very nice, clean and staff is great and they make super servis. This beach is TOP - clean water and funny waves, nice sand. The hotel and pools was good too. Nice staff around whole hotel. Special thanks for Amir from beach bar and Muhamad from cleaning service. I recomend this hotel and this place.

Everything was great. Rooms are clean, people are soo friendly, water is perfect. Everyday temperature is about 30-31C. Food is really great, everything is fresh. A lot of different meals. I want to thank to Gerges Zenhawer, who works in the bar next to the pool. Great guy. If you are comming here, just ask for him, top service.

Morgana Bar is the best bar at hotel. Fathi best barmann, together with Osama and Ezz. Very nice and helpfull people, friendly and always smily. Morgana Bar is beautiful, near pools and beach as well. Best drinks are served here with tasty snacks throughtout the day.

The staff is very kind and very proffesional espicially omar and eslam mohamed in lobby bar they make a very nice coffe and alot of cocktail like mohito and pina colada the room is clean and the sea is very nice and the food is very tasty it's a very nice place
