Chose to stay here based on all the good reviews the hotel had, sadly our experience did not live up to those reviews. The location is not great and the place itself is incredibly damp. The rooms smell of damp, the sheets, mattress, carpet were all damp. Windows didn’t close, the toilet was broken (and no one fixed it or even moved us to another room with a working toilet). The room we had was in the main building and night staff talk and play music all night. Staff arriving to prepare breakfast are talking from 05:30 and people are having breakfast right outside the door from 07:00. No lamps/bedside lights so you have a bright main room spotlight the whole time, the water is no more than warm even though they advertise hot water. The positives: breakfast was good and the staff that organise breakfast are lovely. Would honestly avoid this place until it sorts itself out as it is massively overpriced for what you are getting.

Un lugar un poco austero, pero tiene lo básico, cama, agua caliente. Lastimosamente nuestra habitación estuvo muy cerca de la recepción así que fue muy molesto el ruido de la recepción. El personal fue muy amable, atento y nos ayudó bastante con cada consulta.

Un desastre en todos los sentidos. No sé ni por dónde empezar. Cuando me dieron la habitación la ventana del baño estaba cayéndose a pedazos. Se lo comenté a la de recepción y me dice que ya no me puede cambiar a otra porque ya está sucia. Tras quejarme me permiten pasarme a otra habitación que también tenía agujeros en las ventanas así que el problema de los mosquitos hubiera sido el mismo... a parte de esto no tenían toallas el check in era a las 15:00 y hasta las 16:30 no me pude bañar porque no me hanian dado las toallas. Después de esto me encuentro que hay sangre en la moqueta, el secador no funciona y al encenderlo se empieza a derretir con el consiguiente peligro... al día siguiente entró en la habitación y me encuentro que no han hecho el servicio de limpieza que pone que es diario pero si han entrado en la habitación y me han dejado las ve tantas totalmente abiertas..... y encima el personal del hotel es incompetente, no te solucionan nada simplemente se dedican a decir que ellos no saben nada. Además de esto les escribo al whastapp de la cadena Ayenda y se ve que todo esto les parece normal porque tampoco me aportan ninguna solución al respecto. De las peores experiencias que he tenido. No sé queden en este "hotel"

Una habitación sucia, húmeda, sin almohadas, en cambio unas cobijas enrolladas, toallas manchadas, baño oliendo mal. La peor noche que hemos pasado en un alojamiento. El precio es demasiado comparado con la calidad de descanso y otros lugares.
