Excellent hotel!!!!!! The staff was really professional and so kind…. I did the aromatherapy massage with my daughter, it was the best massage we ever had…. And we did so many massages in the US!!!! Hoda and Jenny were so professional and sweet, the self service breakfast was divine!!!! Overall wonderful stay and we will definitely come back

One get surprised from the title and the opposed rating, the rating is simply for not enforcing a dress code after all Intercontinental chain is a five star rated hotels and should not allow people to have breakfast wearing pyjamas and even worse a lady was having breakfast in her white bath robe!!!!! The rooms are clean, needs bit of modernisation, and double glazing as the noise level was very loud, the lobby bar service is good so is the food, the breakfast could be better and richer ( very poor fruit selection, frozen knafeh re-heated). despite all the place is fun and recommended probably not in high seasons

We checked in on 20 March 2022 they told us the hotel is fully booked and only 2 rooms at 335$ per night , I checked online the price is 175 after tax, this is not acceptable Also the room they gave us has no view and no internet So basically we were ripped off and paid double for less the value Not again we will tell our story to all our group to avoid such miss treatment and unacceptably

I didnt like the place and the room in your website is completely not the same like reality . Place full of negativity. Staff not trained and everyone tell different talk regarding refund policy. Beacuse of all of above i left the place before checking in and promised to do my refund which i am still waiting

The rate per night was 175 USD for a random room with no breakfast included. Moreover, I had to pay for a valet parkin g service I have never received for having parked my car at the hotel's parking

Unprofessional they decided to close the slops for 2 days the first there was a storm which is ok but the next day it was sunny and a perfect ski day but they decided not to open the slops for no reason other than cutting cost and wait for a busy weekend to open

We went this morning to have two coffees on the terrace: 2 double espressos ordered, 2 small restressos served cold, without a single word of welcome, and two unfortunate little sweets. The only response to coffee arriving cold is “we’re in the mountains”. Price around 9 euros. I invite the management of the establishment to come and have two real coffees in the hotel where I work in Brittany, a real 5 star: 3 homemade sweets with each coffee, crockery from Rosenthal, a silver tray, a welcome personalized, a little hot water to lengthen the coffee and all for 5 euros per person. Bonjour , nous sommes venus sur la terrasse extérieur du Mzaar , serveur détestable, chien banni même à l.exterieur , nourriture très moyenne et hors de prix pour une pays en crise , néanmoins l intérieur est bien, nourriture ok dedans , il devrait revoir leurs accueils pour le prix pratiqués, nous étions 20 , avons décidés de ne pas consommer suite à l accueil de la terrasse , le sandwich était bien accueilli
