The location is perfect - right in the center, near Matsumoto station and Matsumoto castle. Numerous shops and restaurants nearby. The room is sufficiently large and has all the necessary amenities. The room was clean and in good condition. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially with storing my luggage and helping to send it to the next hotel. Overall, great value for money.

松本城にすぐ行ける場所にあるホテルです。駅からも遠くないです。朝食で小松パンが食べられます。少し古いですが清潔です。

This hotel is located in a place where you can go to Matsumoto Castle easily. It is not far from the station. You can eat Komatsu bread for breakfast. It is a little old but clean.

フロントの方がサービス精神旺盛で、心が温まりました。
松本城がとても近いので雰囲気もよく、とても気持ちが良い場所でした。

The front desk staff was very service-minded and it was really heartwarming.
Matsumoto Castle is very close by so the atmosphere was great and it was a really pleasant place.

狭い部屋と広い部屋に一泊ずつしました。前者はかなり狭くて、後者はとても快適な広さでした。 駐車場は一旦ホテルの前に車を停めてフロントの方に聞かないと分からないです。フロントの方々には丁寧に接して頂きました。 松本城や人気のあるお蕎麦屋さんなどへは徒歩圏内内で便利でした。

I stayed in a small room and a large room for one night each. The former was quite small, and the latter was very comfortable. You have to park your car in front of the hotel and ask the front desk for parking. The front desk staff were very polite. It was conveniently located within walking distance of Matsumoto Castle and popular soba restaurants.

Matsumoto City is not big, the hotel is very close to Matsumoto Castle, you can see it in the room, and it is 15 minutes walk from Matsumoto Station. There is free coffee and hot water on the first floor of the hotel, which is great for Chinese people who can't drink ice water. I have had a breakfast at the hotel, I have to pay separately, 500 yen a person, it is OK, just buy it at a convenience store. The price of this hotel is very cost effective.

The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Matsumoto Station and an 8-minute walk from Matsumoto Castle. The location is quiet and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The room booked does not include breakfast, but there is free coffee and hot water downstairs.

The staff are kind and have children, so it's helpful.
It is in a convenient location and I think it is very good for tourists!
A convenience store is also nearby. You can drink coffee and tea freely at any time.
