Relatively new rooms and lobby. Free parking, good services!

This is a Hotel with great staff. The rooms are a DISASTER. The lighting is so bad I could not work in the evening. The rooms only have a fixed light above the beds. It is not possible to light the room. The rooms need a total rethink. They are too dark.

Great hotel, however, on the second night at around 930pm the door opened and some new guests entered my room. They had been assigned the same room, given a key and even opened the door. When I discussed this with the morning person, they assured me it was a mistake on their end, in the system and it showed that I never checked in and the room was empty. They then told me I wouldn’t be charged for the room and would be comp’d the last night of my stay. I booked through trip.com and it is prepaid to the hotel. So they can’t comp my stay as she said. I was still charged for the room. Not staying here again

A good value for money hotel, far from the city, but very quiet and clean. There are also some shops and supermarkets nearby. I had a takeaway pizza, which tasted good.

The hotel location is very good The house price is clean, quiet, and relatively large Breakfast is average The check-in time was relatively rigid, so I thought it would be okay to arrive half an hour in advance, but the front desk said that I had to pay.

American-style hotel. Big room. Big bed. Clean. Simple breakfast. Free parking lot. Good value for money

In the middle of the night, two sums of money were deducted for no reason, one of which was $68.04, and the front desk could not tell what it was and why it was deducted! The hotel has nothing to spend

The hotel is only a few years old, so everything is in very good condition. The room was nice, plenty of space & impeccably clean. Breakfast was very good, nice selection of hot & cold foods with a spacious area to eat in. My only suggestion would be to use real dishes/cutlery instead of wasteful disposables.

This is my go-to hotel when visiting my parents. Clean, reasonable rates, breakfast, very accomodating

It was a great spot for us to rest while being in the area for shopping. Unfortunately the front desk wasn't overly friendly and no one we saw with housekeeping spoke english. Due to the small size and lack of extras, we were requesting an extra pillow or two. Over 48 hours, four times asking and no one could help. The hotel wasn't sold out so it just seemed obvious a staff member could have grabbed some pillows from an empty room for us and solved the problem?

The pool is freezing cold - which is not what I was told a month before I booked when I called and asked about the pool.

Check in took a very long time and it was almost midnight when I arrived. The room was not clean when we arrived. There was old food left in the microwave.
