And I must say that if the structure continues and thanks to her it is difficult to find an employee who loves her job and makes it her own. He works, approaches, organizes, speaks as if the structure were his and this is an advantage for the owners to have a person of this caliber. Regardless of whether the structure wants to make the kitchen available to customers over time, the convenience of a small internal restaurant for guests which is not currently there, it would need at least a bar which at a certain time, be it around lunch, or whether it's towards dinner there is the possibility of having an aperitif with drinks and appetizers with local products. For peace of mind, many prefer to stay in the facility, enjoying the silence, the swimming pool and sunbathing, but then you have to go out for lunch or dinner. . I initially contacted a hotel on the property because they have several facilities and since the other facilities do not accept animals they directed me to this farm. Not because I have a dog, which is also well-mannered and used to staying at home, but finding in 2023 that the majority of families have a pet, try to welcome them also because in this way there is the risk of losing customers, in the sense if you didn't have the farm I would never have been able to come to your facilities.
