Dockside Inn

From the moment we pulled up to the beautiful Adirondack adorned front porch, I knew I made a great choice. We were warmly greeted by one of the owners, John and his friendly staff, Garrett and Kevin. They made it clear they wanted us to have a great experience. They made us feel like we were friends staying in their home. The accommodations are lovely. Our room has everything we need. There are many community seating areas and a solarium that has complimentary snacks and beverages. There’s also a hot tub. The location can’t be beat. It’s walking distance to everything. They even have a few parking spots. Needless to say, we will be staying here next time we visit.

I stayed here for a bachelorette party & this was the absolute best place I’ve ever stayed at! I am already looking to see when I can book another weekend here. I 10/10 recommend for a weekend getaway with family or friends. The Dockside Inn provided places to keep your luggage before you checked in, beach chairs, towels, a whole room of snacks/coffee that guests can have at all times. The ice cream sandwiches were the best! It almost made you feel like you were at home. The water front views were amazing, walking distance from everything. The staff was so welcoming, helpful and so beyond kind, especially Kevin and Garrett. For example, I accidentally left some souvenirs at the hotel and didn’t realize until after we were back in Falmouth, MA- the staff has helped accommodate to mail them back to me- I wanted to share this so everyone could see how kind and helpful everyone is that works here. Thank you both Kevin, Garrett and the rest of the Dockside Inn staff for helping our bachelorette party have the best experience. Can’t wait to be back again!

Thank you The Dockside Inn for not only an incredible few days in the Vineyard but for mailing us our son’s favorite blanket he accidentally left behind. Especially to Kevin and John who remember us every year and make us feel like we are family while we are there. We loved the Dockside! First the staff was so friendly and helpful. The location is literally in the middle of everything: the ferry ports, bike rentals, restaurants, bars, shops. They offer island tours right out their front door. Room was small but very comfortable. Also amazingly quiet by 10pm each night. Lastly, that break room!! Thank you for the free chocolate and ice cream treats all day!!!

Enjoyed our stay at the Dockside Inn. Perfect location. Room was spotless upon arrival; a/c and bath well up to standard. Staff friendly and helpful. Solarium/snack-bar- an appreciated amenity. Overall, a good value for a relaxing stay on Martha's Vineyard.

This is a great small inn in downtown Oak Bluffs. The location is great, but not noise at all. The amenities are really nice, loved the out door shower and the free coffee and breakfast treats. And very nice front desk personnel always available. We will be back

The BEST place to stay on MV. Very clean, friendly staff, they have everything you need if going to the beach. Great back yard space to hang out! Amazing location. We only book here! You won’t be disappointed if. They also have a parking lot & if it’s full they have tags to park somewhere else!

And let's not forget Dockside Beach, where I spent hours swimming in the pristine waters and soaking up the sun, hopping off the pier, and utilizing all the great equipment provided in the Docksides beach gear room. Best of all, it only took 3 minutes on foot from my room to the sand! The Dockside Inn isn't just a place to stay—it's your ticket to Martha's Vineyard bliss, where every moment is a delightful surprise waiting to happen. So pack your bags and get ready for an unforgettable adventure. Trust me, the Dockside Inn is the perfect launchpad for your Martha's Vineyard escapades. simply a great overall experience! A lot of attention to detail is obvious... location was superior.... staff was super friendly and helpful.....rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall rating a 10! I'll be back in September! Anthony M
