Terrible experience. Cold showers, brown and black water from taps, a broken sink, and unreliable Wi-Fi. Moved rooms twice, but conditions only got worse.Had to leave to another place, pool water is also freezing cold. Avoid this hotel.

The hotel was very nice and clean. we had the pool view. The staff were very kind, friendly and professional. One staff guy, Mustafa, was top, very funny and kind. The rooms were quite spacious and bright. we had a great time and certainly if we were to make another trip to Morocco we would definitely stay there.

Beuatiful decorated hotel. More like a resort hotel with spa & swimming pool. The room is clean & adequate amenities provided. The brekfast served was great & the hotel staff are friendly. The hotel is situated not far from Marrakech train station.

The view of the hotel is nice, but the facilities in the room are very old and the quilt has a strange smell. The worst thing is the hotel front desk. We checked in in the early morning, and the front desk charged us 54 dirhams more when collecting taxes. The next day I chatted with another front desk and found out that I was cheated.

The hotel is located in the new city area, within walking distance to the nearby barbecue street, and the location is good. **Very bad experience - Hotel to avoid** We stayed 3 nights in this hotel, and it was truly a disaster. The room had a strong smell of humidity, mold, and the bedding seemed infested with mites. In addition, the television did not work at all. The swimming pool, which looked big on the pictures, was actually tiny and extremely dirty. It was not even a real swimming pool, but rather a simple basin without a filtration system. To top it all off, we booked a one-hour massage for 500 Dh, but they only gave us 20 minutes of massage. When we asked for a refund of half the price, they refused. A real scam!

Staff not cool and not at all smiling or welcoming. The housekeeper called the front desk from our room to request a cot, making herself comfortable on our bed. The hotel manager looks down on people, he speaks very badly, he's just nice to women, it's due to his perverse side. We had a problem with the gentleman at the reception who spoke badly to us, yelled at us and verbally attacked us. Lots of other customers also complained, because they were kicked out by the manager and his team. Poor breakfast, no varieties. And if you have finished eating and you only have juice or coffee left to drink, the director asks you to get up and drink it elsewhere to make room for the others and while waiting for him he squats a table to drinking coffee and soliciting girls (regardless of age!!!). I really do not recommend this hotel, it does not even deserve a small star, it is rather to remove it or completely close it. The only positive point is the lifeguard who is super cool.
