Not accessible by car , you have to walk 10 mins from the nearest drop off point, stairs were too hectic, Very poor internet, No toiletries were served. · Fair for the price paid , at the heart of the old town Not recommended for families

Youssef nous a très mal accueillies : très agressif il nous demande si on comprends le français alors que nous sommes françaises. Aucune possibilité de dialoguer avec ce personnage qui nous a ouvert la porte pour nous chasser.... Mr le propriétaire : changez de gérant ; il doit changer de métier ou faire une formation....

Riad muy bien ubicado al lado de la plaza jemaa el fna. Habitación cómoda y grande. Se notaba calor al entrar y varias mantas adicionales que no fueron necesarias. Agua caliente. Luz tenue pero acorde con el lugar. Desayuno muy bueno recién hecho y servido en terraza. Youssef el propietario salió a buscarnos al taxi para poder llegar sin problema al riad. Nos dio consejos y recomendaciones. Nos guardo las male6as un día entero y nos sirvió los desayunos fuera de horario establecido fue muy servicial y atento en todo momento de nuestras necesidades. Recomendable 100%

Para llegar a la habitación hay que subir un montón de escaleras. Un poco justo el espacio entre camas y el baño un poco pequeño. Nos sorprendió, negativamente, que no nos hicieran la habitación en los 2 días que estuvimos. Ofertan aire acondicionado pero no teníamos el mando, así q como si no tuviéramos. Desayuno escueto(comparado con otros riad en los que hemos estado). Ni que decir del wifi, imposible conseguir señal. Lo único bueno la ubicación, ya que está en pleno Zoco y a 10 minutos de la plaza Jemaa el Fna.

Malgré le covide19 tout passe très bien à Marrakech, l'ambiance idéal plein soleil, on a passé quelques jours au Riad essaoussan inoubliable, terrasse panoramique, chambre propre, très bon petit déjeuner rien à dire, le personnel gentil et serviable.
