Really poor experience, booked for 2 weeks and only ended up staying one night, room was like what I can only describe as a hostel although I can only imagine hostels would be better.This we could of probably lived with, we then found the bedding/mattress and pillows was stained. The first day we went back on the night to show one of our friends who was staying in another hotel our room we was confronted infront of a bar/restaurant full of people and shouted at by staff as if we were children. This felt really degrading as everyone in the bar/restaurant was looking which was embarrassing. The reviews that state you are only treat good if you eat and drink every meal in the restaurant are true. They also close the reception entrance during the night so you have to walk through a bar full of people every night to go back to your room. Thankfully after one night in this place we just left as I was ready to go back home if I’m honest. But luckily we managed to find a lovely hotel. I personally would never ever book here again.

never stay in this hotel the staff are horrible shouting at me and my partner and put his arm up to us and was abusive to us let him stay in the hotel as he is turkish but lives in the uk. It was 3 o’clock in the morning and left us stranded we had no one where to go managed to find a place at 6 o’clock in morning and was on the phone till love holidays and they did nothing for us we then had to pay for another hotel well waiting for the refund and love holidays had us going around in taxis all night telling us to find a hotel and they’d pay for it and they didn’t.

Amazing hotel staff friendly, but only one complaint if u on larger size then u won't be able to have shower sister about size 12 she just fit through shower screen really small gap so bring plenty extra towels to have a shower room lol 😂😂😂😂

I wanted to leave an honest review based on our experience. First foremost I wanted to say the staff are brilliant, friendly and entertaining. If we come back to marmaris we would definitely pop in and say hi, unfortunately we wouldn't stay again. The amazing staff are let down by the hotel itself, the rooms need some love and attention, there is very limited cooking equipment ( 1 pan, 2 ring hob are the only resources), the bathrooms need an overhaul and there is no WiFi unless you are at the bar area/some parts of the pool. We had raised some issues while there and upon return and have been a bit disappointed with the response. If you want a friendly base and don't need much from a room, this is your place. The staff are by far the best thing about Sincerity, they work hard, are fun and are probably the reason people go back again and again. 5 staff for the staff / 2 star for hotel.

Arrived with my mum we we're giving a studio in the attic one double bed , asked to be moved and they said only this room left with 2 single beds which we agreed was okay but then realised we had no cooking facilities fridge was broken, outlook from balcony looked on to kids soft play, we couldn't get any sun atoll 😭. We needed a break from our own children ,in stead of watching other people's kids never supervised my the parents. When we asked again for another room we were ignored not much of a break for us , very disappointed been coming to Turkey for 16 years and this is the worst experience ever waste of money for us

Great place to stay. Apartments were kept clean and food is amazing Friendly staff always polite and friendly. Had no reason to complain except when air conditioning did not work properly,but was sorted out promptly. Entertainment was good for kids and adults

Excellent hotel/apartments. Very clean and spacious nice and quiet no bothering you all the time totally relaxed all my stay I will be coming back in June with friends I met here staff are pleasant and very helpful 🫶🏽

Just stayed for 2 weeks here and glad we did. Pluses....Its clean,rooms are basic but all you need,fridge and cooking rings,great balconies, pool is fine,staff and cleaners are amazing,entertaintment great, food excellent drinks are excellent and great value for money,they have a change counter with great rates for your pound. There's a great supermarket a minute down the street. Free pool table. Negatives...its a fair walk from the beach,about 25 mins and back up hill going home. There's no tvs,I know your on holiday but I like the occasional cheap chilled night in with food and drink so a telly would be a bonus. Charges for aircon but we didn't need it tbh as we were there at the end of the season. Rooms are a bit dated. Music goes on til 12 if your an early night person.

absolutely a dump !!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! you’re only liked and treated well if you EAT DRINK there ALL DAY !!! don’t even think about going out if you want bad treatment. rooms a complete dump. pool tiny. staff will treat you good but the minute you say no to eating and drinking there you’re in trouble.
