We recently stayed with Pam ,and Dallas to celebrate our anniversary. Words cannot describe the hospitality ,and the comfort of staying at the house. We completely enjoyed our stay in the Vanderbilt suite, the bed was comfortable the pillows were fluffy ,and the sheets were feather soft. In the morning Pam greeted us with a fabulous breakfast made with love. There are so many choices however, when you find the best you just stick with it. The porch is also very relaxing , as well as the ambience. We both appreciate the thought that Pam,and Dallas put into making sure that all of the guests are well accommodated, and treated with care. One last thing we always tell our friends to try a bed ,and breakfast, and honestly this place sets the standard. Thank you both for making our anniversary special, and enjoyable .

Pam and Dallas will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious. The bedrooms are charming and comfortable. Absolutely love the front porch. What an inviting way to spend a late afternoon! So close to the biking trail as well, which was a plus for us. Had a great stay overall.

This place is a gem! The hosts, Pam and Dallas, are real genuine people who could become a best friend. The accommodations are superb (a quiet surprise is the heated floor in the bathroom!) - the bed beyond comfortable; the many outlets for my various plug-ins; the wonderful vintage stained glass "nightlight"; the heated towels; the decadent multi-head walkin shower!; the shear hospitality! Oh, and the breakfasts were a treat themselves! They were more than welcoming to us and especially our fur baby - never a question about him, just a "glad to see you" mentality! And the archiitecture - what a treasure!

Such a beautiful and well-kept Bed and Breakfast. The home was spectacular! So clean and well decorated. The attention to detail is amazing! Pam and Dallas were so wonderful. Hospitality abounding. And the breakfasts were crazy wonderful - everything made from scratch and presented so beautifully. Now I have to go home to a bowl of oatmeal!!! We were certainly spoiled during our stay here. HIGHLY recommend and would absolutely return. Thank you Pam and Dallas for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic place to stay. Pam and Dallas were the best hosts. Breakfast was delicious room was great and location was good. They were both so friendly and welcoming. I just wish we lived closer so we could stay there more often Paulette and Tony

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for our visit to the Lancaster area, within 30 -40 minutes of about anything we wanted to see. Pam and Dallas were wonderful hosts and provided a wonderful breakfast each day. Pam gave us great suggestions for attractions and events in the area. Highly recommend this B&B for your visit to Lancaster.

Stayed 3 nights and was very satisfied. Clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast. Plenty of off street parking; near retail and restaurants. Hosts, Pam & Dallas, are friendly and can answer all your questions about the local area. We'll be back.

The B.F. Hiestand House B&B was stunning and very well maintained. The room was spotless, the breakfasts were excellently prepared (Pam is a fantastic cook) and the amenities were perfect. This was my first stay in this area and I will be recommending it to all family and friends that have the opportunity to travel here. I would not hesitate to book another stay.

So glad we stayed at this wonderful B&B. Pam and Dallas were great hosts. Looked forward to the hearty breakfasts each morning. We brought our small dog Ollie along because they had a couple of rooms that allowed pets. Lots of attractions nearby with plenty of things to do. Look forward to returning here.

Very charming, welcoming, comfortable, atmosphere in the home… the hosts are warm, friendly people. Our bedroom was very cozy and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying at this bed and breakfast! Excellent location for biking and walking along the Susquehanna River.

Pam and Dallas were wonderful hosts. Their B&B was extremely comfortable with lots of special amenities- such as fireplaces in the rooms, comfortable bed and chairs, books, heating towel rack, etc. Pam’s breakfasts were delicious and the coffee was exceptionally good.

This was our sixth stay with Pam and Dallas. As always, the food was wonderful, the room lovely, and the keepers warm and friendly. We feel welcome every time, whether guests are many or few. We will stay again as this is our favorite place to stay.

Absolutely charming B&B. Very comfortable bed, and beautifully appointed room. Breakfast was tops and I enjoyed conversation with the other guests. It's old school that way. Also, the bed had plenty of pillows, which I don't often find in hotels or inns. So I was extra pleased with that.

My stay at the B F Hiestand house was wonderful. If you are looking for a great place to stay in the area - check this out. The hosts are so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was so delicious and all the wonderful touches in the home that make you feel a sense of casual elegance. Easy parking and entry as well with a digital code for after hours access. As a business traveler - I enjoyed the high speed internet and the ability to get work done online while in the house. My co-worker loved the room they were in as well and all the things that make the B F Hiestand house a great home away from home.
